My youngest wouldn't be admitted to ride and I couldn't get a refund for her ticket and I had to miss out on the ride too because I had to stay with her
It's fun, but very short. Would like the flyover to have been over more Chicago neighborhoods. I think it would have been a more holistic experience.
Fun escape and adventure. It makes you feel like a kid again. I highly recommend this for family, friends, and visitor
All aspects were amazing and staff was very nice. The Navy Pier location provide good shopping and eateries.

It's my first time in Chicago and I was recommended to try it. It was a lot of fun and it's something you have to do when you're in Chicago. You can't skip it!
Ride got canceled and you charged me twice and I have yet to get a refund.
I was told it would be refunded automatically
It went terrible. We had a ride scheduled for 11:15 and they had us go through the whole prescreening presentations all to find out the ride was experiencing visual and audio issues and we would not be able to go on our allotted time slot. They then escorted us out and was told to go to box office for a refund or reschedule. Being in town for just one day kind of cancelled out being able to reschedule for another time or day. And I have to wait for a refund for about a week. Terrible experience.
If you’re good with heights and motion, it is an AMAZING experience and way to see downtown Chicago. I recommend doing Flyover after you’ve been around downtown. day or two so you recognize some of the buildings as you fly. The one thing that would make it better is if they had a little better customer service and communicated about the number of stairs or even verbally offered an elevator option instead of just ushering everyone to the stairs. There are already a lot of stairs in Chicago so taking what seemed like 2-3 flights of stairs (as in going down to the L) was a surprise. The ride made up for this. It was so cool to fly all around the riverfront and downtown area. At one point, I put my hands in the air because it felt like we were on a rollercoaster drop. So much fun!
The experience was terrible! Went all the way there for the machine not to be working. We couldn’t do the experience due to technical difficulties. Have to get a refund to plan for a different day. Upsetting experience
BOOK IT!! It was so fun! My husband and I enjoyed it. The most realistic experience ever. I would definitely book again.
It was a very nice way of seeing the city. We did this after taking the architectural cruise so it was nice flying over the buildings we had seen from the river earlier that day.
It was absolutely amazing even better than what I expected. I actually wanted to go again right after. The experience overall felt so well and it was a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely loved the virtual flyover experience! It was such a cool and unique way to see Chicago, and honestly way more immersive than I expected. The views were amazing, and the whole experience was fun from start to finish. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re visiting Chicago and looking to do something a little different!
The ride was incredible! Everything I wanted. Truly like Disney’s Soarin’ over Chicago. Only downside was the staff was really rude. They definitely didn’t want to be there and spoke to us like annoying children.
This was a fun experience for my boyfriend and I. He enjoyed and the only complaint is that it is simply too short.

You should arrive earlier than your ticket states in order to get seated and they will start serving you. Are waitress wasn’t very attentive but the food fabulous!
Breathtaking, So Awesome, Fantastic, Exhilarating, I Can Use A Bunch Of Positive Pronouns To Describe The Experience Of Flyover, I Have Never Experienced And Illusion The Felt So Real From The Mist Of Water You Felt When Flying Over Water Yo The Smell Of Gardens When You Flew Over The Gardens…I Only Wished It Was Longer But My Experience Was Top Tier And When I Return To Chicago This Will Definitely Be The 1st On My Return Visit List
This attraction was the Best. Simply appreciated the introduction and safety segment. I have a phobia of heights, initially into the Flyover, I had decided to close my eyes; however, I wanted to see Chicago, I didn’t want to miss it. It proved to be therapeutic and I wanted to experience it again and again. Thanks for one of the best experiences of my life. It far exceeded our expectations.
There are a lot of twists and turns on the ride. The sights are breathtaking. Well worth the time and money. Better than Disneys Soarin ride.
I didn't know what to expect but I was surprised with the technology and excitement of the Flyover Chicago excursion. It's worth every penny.
I went with a group of friends and we all enjoyed the flyover experience of Chicago. It shows you a different side of the city that you never hear people talk about. 10/10
The show was cancelled. It means you guys are not trust worthy. The staff did not let us know that show on 9/6/2026 at 11:15 am till 11:15 am. They made us wait there unnecessarily. That is rude disrespectful and and being any thing except courteous
The Chicago Flyover is awesome and full of adventure. You have not experienced anything like this before. Do it!
The overall experience was great. But I paid for the two for one, excursions and only was able to do one. There was no mention of the second one. When I got off the flyover they was closed so there was no one to talk to. At the end of the day it was a great time but definitely was finessed

I would suggest not wearing shoes without backs as the floor does disappear underneath you. The experience itself was amazing. I didn’t expect it to be as interactive as it was. You could feel the water splashes, wind blowing and the twists and turns. I would recommend this to everyone.
It was a cool overview of the history and community of Chicago . The introduction video was great. Recommend
Wish it was longer but I definitely enjoyed this experience. My partner and I had an amazing time and it’s definitely something worth checking out
