Beautiful surroundings. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and really fun and funny. We learned a lot and still had fun
It was an excellent experience the tour guide was very knowledgeable and polite. I would higher recommended to anyone.
Thanks to the entire staff.
Informative, clever and funny host! Very much enjoyed this tour. Gift shop is beautiful and you will find a number of items to buy.
I highly recommend this experience. We enjoyed the very relaxing atmosphere and southern hospitality, as well as the beautiful large oak trees on the property, which is located close to the famous Angel Oak. We had a great experience, and the tour guide, who was also the trolley driver, was energetic and funny.
Inside the gift shop, a video tour of the tea garden's history and processing is offered, and both hot and cold tea tasting is available for free. The gift shop is also well-assorted with all kinds of teapots, making it a great place for collectors of those items, as well as local products such as jam and honey. Of course, they also feature a large variety of American original tea blends and flavored teas from the Bigelow sister brand.
Very cool tour. If you enjoy tea, it’s awesome to hear the history and labor that goes into growing tea. The tour guide was great and the store offers a variety of tea-forward products. Super fun.
It’s really good experience and we all enjoyed it. I would like to visit more places through Viator.

Beautiful tea farm. Trolley tour was very nice. It was very interesting to see the factory where the tea is made. Nice drive out to the farm.
It was SO hot but the guide made it interesting & tried to help with the heat by keeping the trolley moving & getting a breeze for us. Very interesting to learn about tea plants & their longevity & history of heir birth in the US.
Great experience! The tea in the shop was delicious, we had to bring some home! Props to our tour guide who was very informative and kind!
Our tour guide was absolutely delightful. She did a great job of informing us about the plantation. Highly recommend
Very educational! Staff was very polite and answered all questions. The store was very equipped. And enjoyed the tea samples.
Charleston tea tour was fantastic! Great history learning all about tea plants and the history about the business
It is not conveniently located and the tour lasted as long as the drive out there. I was also expecting a much larger selection of tea to purchase.
Our trolley driver was great.
Very informative, good tea tasting experience. Reasonably priced gift shop. Interesting curing tour.
Outstanding tour guide. Awesome tea. Will take other visitors there in the future. Well worth the trip.

I loved the tour of the plantation. Seeing how they propagate be plants from the ones they have was fascinating. Seeing the process of turning the fresh picked leaves into trees was also a highlight. The tea tasting and gift shops were great too.

The guide was great. I learned a lot about tea. It was a great experience. And the staff were wonderful.
Thoroughly enjoyed the trolley ride around the tea garden and learning about what goes in to making a cup of tea.
We enjoyed the entire visit...the Trolley Tour, the tea tastings, the video and the opportunity to view all the machinery and the process of making tea. The gift shop is an added plus and our purchasing different teas as well as other products.
The trolley driver was great. He along with the taped voice information made the tour very educational and fun. I recommend visiting the tea plantation more than once.
