Drove 45 minutes to location and paid $15 for parking and we were told the ticket was not good until the next day. It did not give me an option to choose a day so I assumed it was valid for any day. This was very disappointing cause we lost money and time.

Beautiful ride with exceptional views over the Coachella Valley. Make sure you book in advance or lines will be very long.

That they should drop off guests first before the driver finds a parking place. We had difficulty with Senior Citizens walking up hill the heat.

Exciting experience. Cars can be crowded. Can be more fun without children or infants. Staff is helpful and organized. The rides to and from the tram station are punctual.

If you're in Palm Springs, take the aerial tram. Beautiful views and once at the top there is a relaxing energy.

Very nice day trip. Nice trails, beautiful views. Very clean. Tram is well organized. Lunch at Peaks was good. Grilled chicken sandwich is worth your time. Pass on the artichoke dip. 20.00 for a very small portion. Service was very good.

It was a great experience not to be missed. Just be mindful that it's a bit cooler once you get to the top of the summit. Hiking trails were clearly marked.

We are seniors and love doing outdoor adventures. This did not disappoint, alot for us to do and see. On top of that a very nice lunch was enjoyed by all.

This was a fantastic adventure to do with kids. The ride rotates on the way up so you get to see views at 360 degrees. Once at the top, the trails are so doable for any age and the video+museum is very informative. We were up there about 1 1/2 then rode the tram down. I was up there with my grandkids who are 4 and 6 and they loved it. I would highly recommend going first thing in the morning for close parking and very little wait to ride the tram.

Great experience! Unbelievable views. I don’t love heights but did ok in the rotating tram. Once you are at the top of the mountain you can manage how long or how short you want to hang out. Restaurant was outstanding!

Relax and enjoy the tram car. First come first served. Get your camera ready , cause you will take a lot of photos.

It was non-busy season and we parked in Lot A which is closet to the tram. It's a short steep walk up to the entrance but there is handicapped parking area same level as the entrance. Once inside, they announced a technical issue and a hour delay. There are plenty of areas to wait, inside and out. Once the tram was running again view on the ride up eas fantastic. There is plenty to do once on the top. Very friendly staff. We will do again on our next visit.

A little unsettling if you’re afraid of heights, but the crew and beautiful mountain sights make up for it!
Terry_C, Jun 2026
Beware of the High elevation it is cooler and due to that elevation also can be harder walking around.

We had the best time, the views were stunning 😍 the cart was fun with the moving bottom so you could see all the areas when in the tram.

It’s very cool!! I was impressed by how long it took to actually build and how they built the towers!!
Akila_B, May 2026
It was a nice view & good experience. Didn't try the food but I will next time. I also plan to revisit the hiking trails.

Extremely nice experience. The Tramway operators are fun. Be prepared for cooler temperatures upon the mountain (bring jacket) and walking shoes especially if you want to walk the many trails.
Leo_C, May 2026
The wonderful experience of traveling up to the top with great operators and verbal communication about this trip, especially on the way down our conductor and music made the day great 👍
Vanessa_C, May 2026
A truly majestic experience! Pictures or videos do not capture the grandeur of this amazing wonder! The engineering is mind boggling, yet you feel completely safe while marveling the sights and surrounding views
Cissy_M, May 2026
A scenic way to go from the hot desert to the cool pines in just a few minutes.
It's easy to get to the tram station from Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Beautiful mountains surround the area. Bonus views of the wind turbines.
Once you arrive at the top of the mountain, there are several viewing areas to see the valley down below.
We went on a nice hike on the nature trail. A .75 mile loop. It's a steep incline switchback ramp back up to the tram station. But worth it.
There is a cafeteria style cafe and a really nice restaurant at the tram station up top. We ate at the restaurant. Our server was so friendly and the food was delicious. Especially the mushroom ravioli.
Great experience. Thanks to our travel agent for the recommendation.

It would be nice if you can play music we can all sing to when going up or down on the tram. Kids and adults love it. I remember it from my last trip. Not so much this trip.
