Don't book until same day
Don't use viator, we which commits you to a specific day. We intended to hike at the top but it was snowing and zero visibility for photos. The visitor center and restaurants and bathroom and lookout area were very nice. Clean.

Tram ride
It was fun but a little scary! Definitely worth it to see the views! Food availability at the bottom and top were great Bathrooms were clean! Wait time was tolerable due to nice seating available

A breathtaking 360-degree...
A breathtaking 360-degree view awaits. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. I’ve never come close to something as unique as the steep ascent up the mountain.

Polite but Firm
I enjoyed the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, but the Viator listing was misleading. I thought I bought tickets, but it was actually just a voucher that still required waiting in line and then waiting again for the next available tram. This added about 40 minutes to my visit. Since I had another event at 7:00 pm, I had to shorten my time at the top. The attraction is great, but Viator needs to be more transparent about what customers are actually purchasing.
