Our tour guide, Peter, and driver, Michael, picked us up promptly and right on time. The itinerary was well-organized, and all of Peter's recommendations were spot on. From grabbing a sandwich at Budapest Bakeshop in Niagara-on-the-Lake to knowing exactly where to stand on the Hornblower Cruise for the best view of the falls while avoiding the crowds — he was incredibly accurate. We followed all his suggestions and ended up having an amazing time.

Bus from downtown Toronto to Niagara Falls. Boat trip in front of Niagara Falls was 15 minutes. Had a couple of hours to look around Niagara Falls on our own. Stopped at a store that sold maple syrup and chocolates. One last short stop at Niagara-on-the-Lake.

My wife and I usually take a tour when we travel to someplace we haven't been before, so when we booked a trip to Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, we hired Zoom tours through Viator. Our tour guide was Johnny, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he's by far the best tour guide we've had - and we've had quite a few. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, including all the back roads and shortcuts that helped keep us from getting stuck in Toronto's considerable traffic. But that's not all: he's also a funny, engaging sort who kept everyone laughing through the whole trip to the falls and back. Makes sense, since he spent a couple of years singing and doing comedy on a cruise ship. But he's also extremely well-traveled, and can not only tell you the history of Toronto and its little-known fun facts, but pretty much every place else as well. We expected just another ho-hum tour, but we were treated to an entertaining and educational experience that turned out to be the high point of our trip. Now, when we're stuck in traffic, my wife and I ask, WWJD - What Would Johnny Do?

The food was incredible. I honestly had low expectations but it was so delicious and fresh. They served some Thanksgiving food since it was the holiday weekend. The service was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and nice, offering to take pictures, always smiling and giving helpful advice. Definately worth the experience, plenty of opportunities for pictures.

Our driver is very friendly and helpful. Regarding the tour package - The Niagara trip is excellent but it would have been better if additional time is allocated at the Falls area to explore more of it. I believe 1 hour is not enough. A combination of the horn blower and the behind the walls choice in the package would have been great. The bus should be provided with a microphone system so that we can clearly hear what our driver is saying.

Excellent experience. I used a motorised scooter, which cannot be taken in the boat, as I also use a walking stick. They locked my scooter up on the pier and allowed me to get in the boat first. Wonderful little tour. With fabulous views and photo ops.

Beautiful evening from start to finish. Our guide Oscar was very informative and super nice. Loved the small group idea. Great to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel before and after the event. Restaurant was exceptional, good food and large portions. Boat cruise was fun, beautiful views of the lighted falls up close and personal. Lovely fireworks show from the boat. Visit to the control tower that lights up the falls was awesome, received a lot of information and it was very fun to change the color of the lights with just the push of a button.

I highly recommend the harbor lunch cruise! It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience; the food was delicious, the staff were fantastic, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. Be sure to book a reservation in advance, as spots fill up quickly!
