A birdseye view with perimeter sights of Galveston. Great water view of drop offs and beaches. First experience in a cockpit of the instruments - engine RPM’s and altitude. Really cool!

I booked a flight for the 2 men in the family a few months in advance to our trip. The booking asked me to fill out the weight of the people flying and then allowed me to book the flight (it wouldn't allow me to prior to filling in that information). We showed up for our 10am booking a little early and no one was there to check us in so we waited. After about 10 minutes someone came rushing in through the back door, asked our name then said she had a fuel leak in the plane the night before and it wasn't fixed yet. She said it would take a couple of hours to fix and asked us to come back at 12. The repair took longer than expected so we were asked to come back at 4. The repair still wasn't completed so we were asked to reschedule for 10 am the next day. No worries to any of this except for the lack of communication on the pilots part. If she knew there was an issue the night before, she should have rescheduled at that point, or at least the next morning. We drove from Nebraska for our vacation and planned our outings around this flight as it was a gift for the men in our family. The guys get to their rescheduled flight and were told that only one of them could fly because combined they were over the weight limit. This ordeal was super frustrating and changed the vibe of our entire trip. The severe lack of communication and planning on the part of the pilot/company were unprofessional to say the least. The pilot offered to take the second guy up in a flight for full cost and he declined. If the weight limit was too much, I would think that from our booking information entered, someone would have done the math and called us.

Our pilot was excellent! Enjoyed it very much! It did the 5:30pm tour for pictures of a beautiful sunset. Was very romantic and perfect for our valentines day tour..... even got my Valentine's day ring above the boardwalk ❤️

Wir hatten den Flug um 17. 30 Uhr, traumhaftes Licht zum Fotografieren und Genießen. Vorher konnten wir schon die Pilotin bei Start und Landung beobachten. Sie hatte es echt drauf. 24 Jahre alt und echt professionell.
