Our tour an included a drink before we left. They provided us water for the trip. Once we arrived to the ruins Eliseo and Pedro made sure we had water. After the ruins we went to the beach and also had great time. I will definitely recommend ❤️

Bacalar Is Absolutely Breathtaking – A Must-Do Excursion!

This was truly an amazing experience! Bacalar’s Seven Colors Lagoon is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The different shades of blue and turquoise water are absolutely unreal! It honestly felt like being in paradise. Pictures simply do not do it justice. This is one of those places you have to see in person to truly appreciate its beauty! Our guide, Rafael, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The whole crew was absolutely amazing! Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and attentive. They communicated very well with us, especially when helping us find the meeting point, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The food was also delicious! We had tacos and burritos for lunch, along with fresh fruit, drinks, and plenty of snacks. Everything was great! The entire excursion was very well organized, from the communication before the tour to the experience itself. You can tell the crew genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a wonderful time. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Maya. It was worth every minute, and I would absolutely do it again! If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate to book. A definite 10 out of 10!

Must Do in Costa Maya!!!

The Mayan Ruins Tour was awesome! We had a wonderful Tour Guide who he had us call him Reggie. He then called us Reggie's Family the rest of the day. So knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely good story teller. Made the Mayan Ruins & Culture come to life. Reggie had a partner Van driver who was also phenomenal. On the way back to the ship we were treated to fresh grown Costa Maya Pineapple which was delicious!!! Thank you Reggie for all you brought to our Costa Maya Excursion!!

Fantastic trip! Before...

Fantastic trip! Before the trip we were given great instructions to find our guide. We were quickly taken off to the Mayan ruins. We were lucky enough to be the only group on our tour and we arrived before all the other big tour groups so we were able to see the spider monkeys in the trees and get great photos. Francisco our guide was knowledgeable and informative. We then moved onto Bacalar and the 7 colours lagoon which was stunning. We were taken out on a very comfortable pontoon boat and were able to swim in the beautiful lagoon. Drinks and snacks were always available including beer and tequila if you wanted it! After the lagoon we went for some delicious tacos in a local restaurant. We loved the trip and were extremely well looked after. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Worth it!

Nacional Beach Club was great! I went with my spouse and 6 year old daughter. Everything is included (food, drinks, towels) and the staff was excellent and accommodating! They even reimbursed me for my taxi because the driver didn’t want to wait for them to pay him so he demanded we pay. When I told the beach club what happened, they gave me cash to cover the cost. I also want to mention that you will encounter vendors asking you to buy things however they aren’t pressuring and will go away with a simple “no thank you”. I love the low key small atmosphere and overall we had a great experience. Definitely would come back!

Best Day in Costa Maya

Loved this excursion. I was nervous about booking an excursion where it was over an hour away from the port, but the back to ship guarantee helped me decide to go ahead and go for it. Our guide and our driver were excellent. Joseline, our guide was with us the entire time.. from the car ride, the pontoon boat, the restaurant. The lagoon was beautiful and the whole family said it was worth the drive. The Pineapple- let’s just say one wasn’t enough, it was so good! One thing I wish I woulda known was that you cannot wear sunscreen in the lagoon, had I known that I would have covered up a little more as I was already burnt from the day before. The drive there and back went much quicker than I thought it would. I will say there is not a lot to see most of the drive, but we all took a little nap on the way back. The tacos that were also included were very good as well!

Perfect excursion

We had a wonderful time at this cooking class! Getting to the café was relatively easy. We shared a taxi with other visitors, so we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it to fill up. The process was simple, and it cost just $5 per person to get to the area. We made tacos al pastor with guacamole and pico de gallo, and everything was delicious! One of our favorite parts was learning about the history and traditions behind the food. The staff was incredible and welcoming. It made the experience feel personal and memorable rather than just going out for a meal. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cozumel! We had a great time and encourage anyone interested in learning more about the owner's business and other experiences to check out their website as well.

Maha massage

Loved the massage and facial. Treated us to cold water and the massage room has a/c which was much needed. The room was clean and private with a balcony view of the ocean, wine was good! The location was challenging to find, taxis had no idea where it was but Connie answered the phone and directed us to her. Very pleased with our day, we also got to explore the market nearby. Very pleasant experience and face was so smooth afterwards, no pressure to buy skincare afterwards. I loved supporting this women owned business!!

Fantastic Local Owners Tour

We had a great tour! The driver Edgar and the guide Romeo were fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We saw the ruins and a Mayan Expert provided so much information about the area and history. We then went on to Bacalar Lagoon where we had a very nice lunch and cocktails. The lagoon was refreshing for our afternoon swim. Kayaks were available but we didn’t use them. This is my second time using this tour group. We were in a small minivan with 17 people vs a massive bus that the cruise line will use.

This was great got to see...

This was great got to see a bit of the ruins and still had plenty of time at the lagoon. It was nice that it was a small group. Carlos and Huichi were great. Huichi went above and beyond bringing us what ever we needed. The lagoons waters were refreshing but definitely bring water shoes it is slippery. Lunch was good too.

The business was a little...

The business was a little hard to find but after that we had a great time!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with our family. Water was a little choppy that day but they let us hang out for about 30 minutes to gauge the weather and even gave my daughter a delicious taco! Ended up just being the 3 of us on the boat so we basically got a private snorkeling adventure. Perfect way for my 7 year old to try snorkeling for the first time. Great value!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great tour to give you the best of local history and fun activity

This is a great tour that gives you a chance to learn about and see parts of ancient culture, while also giving you the opportunity for swimming and kayaking in a pristine lagoon! We are a family with 3-thirteen year olds and they loved the tour. Elliot was our guide and he was amazing, a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, awesome person!
