The driver Joe was outstanding! The bathroom being broken wasn’t the best and while it was offer to let him know to stop if someone needed to go to the rest room a break on the way would have been better. The microphone didn’t work most of the time invest in microphones attached to the buses so the batteries don’t die and end up not having an actual tour joes did his best to make it work but in the end the microphone won and we didn’t have sound for half or more of the trip.

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that Joe was outstanding and did his best to provide a great experience for the group. We were disappointed to learn about the issues with the onboard restroom and microphone.
Unfortunately, our operations team was not made aware of either issue until the tour was already underway. Had we known prior to departure, we would have switched out the equipment before the tour began.
We take great pride in maintaining clean, comfortable vehicles with properly functioning equipment, and this experience is not representative of the standard we work hard to provide, as reflected in the many positive reviews we receive from our guests. We understand that both issues impacted your experience and appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed with our operations and maintenance team.

Bus was comfortable, clean and on time! Sam, the driver, was excellent and personable. If you have to sit for 2½ hours, this would be a good choice, especially with Sam.

Guide, Clint, was very informative and energetic. We had some rare traffic that causes our trip to be an hour and half longer than anticipated. Clint made the ride much less stressful and actually enjoyable. The views were exceptional.

Clint was our guide and he was wonderful, 5 star customer service! It was just the 3 of us on his bus so we had a very personal experience. He stopped at the place we were staying at to let us check in and even gave us a ride into town since it was not walking distance to Seward. He was very knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend him and the company!
