What are people saying about Savannah

10 Stars
We would give this 10 stars if able! Our tour guide, Andy, was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, engaging, entertaining and a natural story teller. He shared information, stories, historical trivia and tidbits throughout. And, took us to a lovely place for lunch - we enjoyed that time just visiting.
This tour was well worth the price and the time as it gave us such a terrific overview of the Savannah districts along with the coastal islands and Fort Pulaski. Without the tour we would have not seen as much nor learned as much! If we return to Savannah, we will book any private tours with this company. Laura C

Life changing experience with Sista Patt
Truly a monumental thought provoking three hours with Sister Patt. If you want historical clarity in real time book this tour now! Every moment in her presence was pure joy and her ancestors guide her along the way. She spoon fed so many “Truths” and also had some tea to spill. I will never forget her explanation of generational wealth and trauma. My favorite quote she said was “It’s matters only what’s in your heart and not your hue!” Continued Gods blessings to you, your family and interns. This was the verse she quoted in the area of the Witness Trees.
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,”

Tour/Dolphins/Beach
My tour was through Kelly Tours/Gray Line Savannah.
Max the tour guide/driver was great.
His first stop was to see the well known lighthouse, however, it was closed for tours on Tuesday's. After that lunch at the 🦀 Crab Shack. Huge portions. You won't leave hungry. A section of small baby alligators. Then off to the dolphin tour. A beautiful day for a boat ride and to see dolphins 🐬. Since there was time left Max took the group to the South side of Tybee( beach and a few shops).
It was a great tour.

Beach?? Not today!
Although we booked a "Beach Day", the weather didn't cooperate. Chris provided an alternate excursion or a refund (awesome service). We opted for the alternate and enjoyed the overcast, windy day exploring Fort Pulaski, the light house and Tybee beach area. It turned out to be a great day.

Do this tour!!
Fantastic tour of Savannah with the very knowledgeable Daniel. We loved every minute and learned so much. He even dropped us to a different part of town at the end when we said we wanted to visit somewhere and didn’t quite have time to go there and back from our hotel.

Best way to see Savannah
Bill was a wonderful tour guide with lots of interesting stories to tell about the sites we visited. He let me get out to take pictures whenever I wanted so I was able to get up close to many of the historic sites. All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience. We really got a feel for the city .

Make this a priority!
I’m probably a tour guide’s worst nightmare because I can be a bit feral, wanting to see what I want to see. But this tour was a highlight of my trip and Albert was so gracious, patient, and thoughtful, really making sure everyone had the experience they hoped for. He really knows his history and was so informative. Bonaventure was beautiful, certainly, but also Wormsloe. Incredibly special place! And the swing through the Isle of Hope was an added gem! Even if you have limited time in Savannah, if you love nature, I would make this a priority!

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Savannah, Georgia, has long been a favorite travel destination thanks to its charming cobblestone streets, moss-draped oaks, and rich history. One of the best ways to see the city and its top attractions is by booking one of the many Savannah bus tours available that are led by guides who narrate the sights. Opt for a city tour in an open-top bus, or a bus trip to Tybee Island or other popular nearby highlights such as Bonaventure Cemetery.
