What are people saying about San Diego

Fun and bumpy ride
Reservation was fast and easy. Parking is a bit of a hassle as there are not much options available. All paid parking. If you want free parking, you will need to park 2 blocks away in a residential area. We parked nearby within walking distance but we had to pay $20 flat fee to park there for a whole day. They do not go by hours or time and no re-entry is allowed. Upon checking in, you will be asked to watch a short tutorial on the go carts. There is also another location in San Francisco and Las Vegas. After that you’re all set to drive. Buckle up and have fun! Just be cautious as the car cannot go too fast at a certain speed limit. I believe it cannot exceed over 35 mph and the ride can be pretty bumpy at times. It was fun and would recommend to others who have not tried or first time visiting San Diego!

Good times!
We had an amazing time on this San Diego ghost tour! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job mixing history with spooky stories, which kept everyone in our group interested from start to finish. You can tell they really know the area and care about making the experience fun and memorable.
The tour took us to some really interesting spots around downtown, and hearing the history behind the buildings made it feel more than just a ghost tour—it felt like a walking history lesson with a spooky twist. The storytelling was engaging, and there were plenty of moments that gave us chills.
What I appreciated most was how well-organized everything was and how the guide made sure everyone could hear and stay together. It was fun, a little creepy, and perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to try something different in San Diego.
I would definitely recommend this tour to locals and visitors alike. It’s a great way to see the city from a different perspective and learn some fascinating history along the way!

A must for San Diego
LOVED. Recommend the bus tour to start - it helps you to see the different areas so you know where you want to go in what order; plus you see a lot of animals. Bottom of bus lets you stand and walk around during the tour. Animals have feeding schedules know them for the ones you absolutely want to see and time to be there at that time. There's also a safari that is a separate experience and location. We don't know about it and would have loved to check that out too.

10/10 experience!
Highly suggest visiting the museum! My boys 6 and 3 couldn’t get enough, we all really enjoyed it. The bathrooms are the nicest you will find in California 😂 the gift shop is reasonably priced as well. The flight simulator was so fun! All the workers are fantastic and super informative! Just an all around great experience!

Book this tour immediately!
If this is your first time in San Diego (like mine), book this tour for your first night there!
I loved seeing all of the city at night and then figuring out (with the awesome help of Rico) how to plan the rest of daytime sightseeing!
San Diego is a different city at night, so don’t sleep on this tour!
Book immediately and be prepared to take notes on future location visits because if you have Rico as a guide, you’re in good hands!

Great guides and great experience
Overall great tour! I would say that people should know its mostly a walking tour once you are downtown Tijuana. We first met up with Andres to get us through the boarder to Mexico. He gave us a lot of great info and was very helpful. He introduced us to our guide Tadeo once we got through the boarder. Tadeo gave us a rundown of the plan for the day and the we took a bus downtown. Once downtown we were shown all of the culturally important spots and the cool niche spots. We were taken to a great spot for tacos and tamales! The shopping was good but not as cheap as expected. I myself would have been fine going over and exploring by myself but my fiance and friends were worried. So I booked a guide. Tadeo made the day great for all of them! Their whole opinion of going to a boarder town changed after this trip to a positive opinion.

We really enjoyed this food tour! Blerta was very knowledgeable and informative! We had a group of 10 people, 6 of them we did not know, however most of us continued on together after the tour on recommendations made by our guide. It was a fun experience!

Highly recommended!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience Captain Reece with Sail San Diego. He created such an unforgettable trip by pointing out the beautiful views, spotting the wildlife, and answering our millions of questions.
The boat was beautiful and well cared for and you can tell that he really loves what he does. We had such a peaceful and fun time on the water. Highly recommended!

A wonderful and fun sailing experience!
We had a really wonderful sailing experience with Captain Dave Hobbs. Not only was he a great captain, but we learned an unbelievable amount of history about San Diego itself, the naval base, dolphins, and local attractions. We appreciated his enthusiastic, upbeat, and fun personality!!

Great local experience
This was the main day fun experience we’ve had. We felt like our guide just welcomed us into her family. She asked a few questioned which helped her zero in on what we wanted which was a “local” experience. She nailed it. She was funny, knowledgeable, took us to some really great places to eat and drink.

Fantastic tour of SF in a VW camper van
This was a fantastic tour and our guide, Lily, was amazing. She skilfully drove the vehicle and spoke for two hours, providing amusing and entertaining facts about San Francisco. This was our fourth trip to SF, but we still learned so much and saw stuff we hadn’t seen before. Riding in a VW camper van was a great experience and really added to our enjoyment. Lily kindly offered to take our photos at the stops. Would recommend this tour highly.
