Highly recommend

This was the perfect Sunday brunch date. The brunch was delicious. We enjoyed something from each option. Early, Mid and Late risers. We especially liked the French toast bake. The server really kept the mimosas coming, which was great! This was well worth the price.

Look Ma, it floats...

The staff was friendly and professional. The equipment being operated was clean and well maintained. What makes this fun is the uniqueness of the transportation. It's something to tell a friend you tried. Just remember to bring a jacket as it gets cold out on the water. The location is also prime as there's lots if dining options when you return to Seaport Village. Probably better to eat after if your sea legs are questionable.

Very nice I will go again

Was very nice.....the narration wasn't very clear so if that's what you're wanting it might not be the best, but the ride and sights were nice, even if they had a non- guided non-narrated cruise just to enjoy the trip that would be really nice! I did the one hour but wish I would have done the two hour. I will go again.

Great option to play tourist for a good price

Hubby and I originally planned/bought a different excursion for San Diego. I saw the description for the trolley tour and canceled the other excursion. We are so happy with the decision. Bini was our tour guide and he was great. The tour was interesting and we loved every minute of it. We highly recommend THIS excursion. We visit San Diego for events throughout the year (we live in Vegas). We like to play tourist and the trolley tour was a great choice to spend a few hours of our trip. There were folks on the trolley who were from a cruise ship. I thought the trolley tour was a brilliant way to check out San Diego. I loved the hop on~hop off feature. You can do the whole loop which is about 2 hours and then choose a spot to spend more in depth time on the second round. Our favorite stops were Balboa Park & Old Town. Excellent excursions, book it!!

A unique adventure with a friendly crew...and adorable boat pup!

Had a wonderful trip with Fathom and crew. The entire crew was friendly and attentive, making sure we all knew what to expect and where to look. The ship itself was unique - compared to the much larger ships that offer whale watching we were able to manuever more quickly to get closer to whales in real time. We were lucky enough to see several fin whales, two humpback whales, a large group of dolphins, a herd of sea lions, and some Navy SEAL trainings in motion! Definitely bring layers - what feels like a gentle ocean breeze on shore can be a brisk, cold wind once you get a few miles out. And, if you don't end up wearing the extra layer, you can use it to soften the seat. We didn't take advantage of the snacks or soft drinks, though the crew offered them multiple times. The crew was also attentive to look for signs of discomfort, offering a variety of preventatives and remedies to help avoid or reduce sea sickness. The swells were pretty substantial during our trip, and I definitely needed the help. We were also elated that there was a pup on board - Kylo! He traversed the group and got lots of affection.

This activity was very worth the money the food and drinks was unlimited and they had a lot of options to eat. We had an assigned table and server but everyone was helpful and welcoming and they had upper levels we could go out and look at the ocean. My only suggestion would be the chicken and beef was a little dry. Overall a good experience

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time on this whale‑watching cruise. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great experience. We were lucky enough to see whales up close, and a special highlight was how they captured some truly fantastic moments during the trip. The photos were available (for cost) to download afterward via a link, which made it easy to relive and share the experience with no pressure to need to capture that perfect wildlife shot. We loved our time on the sailboat. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Our guide made the trip very fun and interesting as he sailed us around. You have free reign of the boat and are encouraged to wonder about to get the full experience. Greg, our captain was very laid back and welcoming.

Rip-roaring good time!

Our party of five (2 middle-aged adults, 3 teenagers) had a blast on the Jet Boat Ride! We were amazed by the maneuverability of the jet boat, and it was so fun to speed around the bay. You get to see all the surrounding sights while ripping around at up to 50 mph, with the occasional 360, and on-point hype music blasting. The boat crew were awesome - professional, friendly, safety-minded. Make sure you secure anything that could blow away, be prepared to get wet, and enjoy the ride. Highly recommend!

Lovely night on Mission Bay

On our night, the bay was as smooth as silk. We had a clear evening and lovely sunset . A few clouds in the sky made for great pictures. The staff came through the boat and Big Dave explained what we were sailing by and gave us a short history of the area and the bay. We had a good time and learned more about San Diego. It was pleasant and relaxing way to end out our day in San Diego. The boat had a bar and some snacks for sale. Drinks good. We did not purchase snacks. Everything about this trip was smooth sailing.

5/5 - unforgettable experience! I ended up being the only guest on this sunset sail, so it felt like a private sailing tour. The views were gorgeous, but halfway through the sail we suddenly got intense fog and visibility dropped a lot. Captain Patrick handled it like a total pro: calm, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. He adjusted the route and still made sure I had an amazing time. I always felt safe and in great hands. If you book this tour, I truly hope you get Captain Patrick. He made the experience exceptional!
