Our flight had several delays throughout the day, but I was able to stay in communication with them and they watched the flight updates for changes. Our driver, Eric, was helpful and friendly, even though our flight arrived at midnight. We were so grateful to have him ready for our arrival!

Our driver, who also happened to be the owner of the company, was amazing. He arrived early and was super accommodating with some last minute requests regarding making an additional stop in Back Bay during a HECTIC traffic situation on marathon morning. The response time with messages using Viator was so reassuring. The luxury vehicle was huge, clean and very comfortable. I look forward to using this service again any time I am in the Boston area and will be recommending him to others!

This is the best transfer that I booked. The driver picked us up at the hotel next to the airport and the car was luxurious. I wish I knew the difference because I was disappointed in the one I booked for going home which did not say luxury.

No show - very disappointed.

I would not recommend this service to anyone travelling from outside of the USA. We arrived on time into Boston's Logan international Airport (20:30) but due to the length of time it took to clear passport control we were unable to exit the airport until 22:15. We found the area where transportation/Limos met clients however there was no vehicle there for us. Due to the help of limo drivers contact was made with the transportation company who basically said "we tried to make contact" and as I didn't answer, the driver left. They then said "nothing else they would do". We were left to find a taxi to our hotel. I did not have any international call ability nor any wifi on arrival so could not receive/respond to any contact. This was my wife's n-birthday and I had purchased special transportation to the hotel. I was extremely disappointed by the car not being there, the attitude of the transport company that our holiday should have started this way.

In fact, they waited for 90 minutes after your plane landed—30 minutes longer than what is outlined in our service policy—to ensure we allowed extra time in case of any delays or issues during deplaning or baggage claim. During this time, our team made multiple attempts to reach you at the contact information provided, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Nearly two hours after the flight landed, we finally received communication from you. By then, the driver had already left to their next scheduled client, as we had not received confirmation of your whereabouts. We understand how frustrating travel days can be, and we regret that we weren’t able to connect in time. Punctuality and reliability are top priorities for us, and we always strive to go above and beyond—including waiting beyond the agreed-upon time—when possible. But there are limits to how long we can wait after the scheduled time, especially with no communication.

To provide some context, we rely on flight tracking systems to ensure our drivers arrive at the correct time based on the flight's actual landing. Unfortunately, in this case, the system was showing a 45-minute delay when, in fact, your flight landed on time. The update from the flight tracker came through after the actual landing, which caused the delay in dispatching your driver.

A little pricey as the airport is literally 15 minutes away which wasn’t the case going to the port? plus had to wait an extra long time to be picked up on our return (we had a little later flight and the ship arrived early so I guess my fault) but asked if we could perhaps be picked up sooner however said they were on their way but took well over an hour from the time I contacted them supposedly because of traffic? Only to find out they were on another run outside of Boston. We were literally almost the last group of passengers to be picked up! Lesson learned! Car was spotless and extremely comfortable again just over priced for what you got!

Viator chose a company called Sleipnir Transportation for our ride from airport to hotel. First of all we landed & received an email message from the company that they were going to be 30-45 minutes late due to traffic. We waited outside in the pick up area & no one ever showed up. I called Viator who gave me a phone number for the company but they did not answer. They finally messaged me again stating the car was in the parking area with the other cars. Their were 6 other black cars in the parking area, it was pouring rain & lightning & no one ever got out of their car & had a sign with our name. We had no clue which one of the cars was ours. The other drivers were coming around with name signs & picking up their passengers as we stood there for over an hour. I contacted the company again & told him we didn't know which car was ours & he said we just needed to go into the lot & find it. We ended up having to hire a cab to take us to the hotel. Since we already paid for the driver I requested a refund which Viator said they could not do. I contacted them back and told them the situation again & stated if they couldn't refund that ride to cancel our ride back to the airport a week later & refund that money but they stated they couldn't do that either even though it says their cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. We lost $192.00 on this ride but will never use Viator again & recommend that no one else books a ride with them either. They will leave you stranded then take your money.

Massachusetts Port Authority regulations require pickup only in designated areas. It's a $500 fine for pickup in non-designated areas. This is not something we have any control over. This incident was reported to Viator immediately after you cancelled, and they noted your refusal to meet in the designated limo pickup area. You were contacted prior to the pickup date, and informed of where the limo pickup area was located. You were even sent a map showing the limo pickup area. You never went to the limo pickup area. The driver stood outside in the rain for several minutes holding a sign. No one approached the limo pickup area, so he returned to his vehicle. Had anyone approached the limo pickup area, he would have again exited his vehicle. You were told this on the phone at the time, and adamantly refused to go to the designated limo pickup area. Drivers are not permitted outside the limo pickup area, this is a MassPort regulation, and we have no control over it. No limo drivers were picking up outside the limo pickup area. You were in the passenger pickup area, and limos are not allowed there. What you were requesting is illegal, and could not only result in substantial fines, but also jeopardize our permit to pickup at Logan Airport. You requested a cancellation because you refused to go to the designated pickup area. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

I ordered this service for an airport transfer upon arriving in Boston off my cruise. Viator notified me before arrival and on hte day of arrival, that everything was Alright. The driver would be there for an hour from me indicated arrival time, just in case. The driver was on time and contacted me when he arrived at the port. I would definitely use this service again for the professional service I received and the notifications I received along the way which kept me fears under control.

This client was a no show, and never received any services from us. Viator was notified at the time of pickup. The driver waited for two hours, and attempted to contact the client with no response. We have a timestamped document from the MassPort Ground Transportation Office verifying that the driver was at the Terminal E Limo Pickup Area waiting, as well as messaging through Viator's website to verify. There was no second trip, and we do not even operate any minivans.
