You will be glad you booked this experience
We booked a semi private cooking class for 8 people. Well just the 2 of us picked this early time and day and need up being a private cooking class with Chef Cline. I was in the restaurant business(50 years now retired) and Chef Cline is the real deal. Chef was so informative as he shared some new tricks of the trade that will be very useful in my pasta making at home. We made first Tiramisu then 2 pastas. The first was spinach ravioli then tagliatelle. Both were paired with sauces that were premade before our visit. We were given the recipes for all food items we made and ate at the end of our class. Chef Cline made it very fun and easy to follow his directions.

Pasta-tive Family Fun!
Our family group of five (two senior citizens, our adult daughter and two granddaughters, 20 and 15) had a wonderful experience with Maggie as our chef at this cooking class! The group was fun and congenial, and Chef Maggie was funny, charming and patient. We each made two kinds of pasta, pappardelle and ravioli, and were involved in the creation of tiramisu. We were given step by step instructions and help as needed. After our pasta was finished, we turned it over to the restaurant chefs and were later served a delicious meal of our products. It definitely was a highlight of our visit to Florence and we highly recommend it as family fun.

We Are Proficient Pizza Chefs
This was a super fun experience, it was our second cooking class in our travels across Italy but this one was WAY more enjoyable than pasta making. We were a group of 7 so it was just us and another family of 4 and were all there to have fun! We got in right on time and the lessons were great, super easy for 13 year old kids to successfully follow and even us grown folk. Federico and Roberta are amazing together switching seamlessly between Pizza and Gelato. Did I LOVE the food we made? Not really but who would I complain to… the chef? We had a blast, laughed and learned, we left with recipes we might even try at home.

Family Fun with Chef Vittorio
This was such a fun, family-friendly activity! We had so much fun learning to make pasta and tiramisu with Chef Vittorio! Our kids, aged 10 & 12 had a blast. The atmosphere at Restaurant Gusto was so special. Our food was fantastic and overall it was just so much fun! Highly recommend!

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
