Beautiful Pappardelle!
Great class. Very informative chef who helped along the way. Easy to understand until he spoke too fast & then he lost me, but that's a me problem. There were quite a lot of us split into a few groups with a different chef. Food was great but be mindful that you only make the pasta, not the sauces. Once the pasta is made, it's all cooked together so you're unlikely to get to try your own creation. It states unlimited wine or soft drinks but it was only wine or water on offer so if you don't like either you'll probably be best taking a drink. Will definitely try making our own pasta when we get home!

Yummo!
This was a fully immersive and interactive experience. We got to learn and make the pizza from dough right through to cooking stage. The pizza was delicious! The chef was knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining. It was a great way to do a local unique experience.

This was a wonderful experience in every way! Our tour guide, Luca, was so much fun! Hysterical actually! Della and Alesia were fantastic too. The class was fun annd taught us so much and resulted in a fabulous meal! The gelato was the best we had in Florence! We will take the recipes home to make for family and friends! Thank you for a fabulous day!

Rome pasta class
This cooking class was a lot of fun. Met some really great people from all over. Instructors were very easy to understand and explained step by step. Got to choose our sauce for some of the pasta we made. The tiramisu we made from scratch (minus the biscuit and coffee). Would highly recommend this class to anyone. No cooking experience needed

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
