Great show!

We had a great time at the Luau. The food was good. It’s buffet style Polynesian menu. It was very easy. I traveled with my 95 year old grandmother and I easily was able to go through get her food then come back and get my own. Line was quick. The checkin process was easy. No need to get there early it is not first come first serve as far as where you sit. You have an assigned seat. Now there is premier seating that is a little extra that is not offered on Viator. So if you want close up you will need to buy premier seating from the shows own website. That being said our table was right by the stage but off to the side. It’s not a huge venue and didn’t seem like any seat would be awful. The show was def the best part. It really did feel like a Luau on one of the islands. They were also very engaging with audience and made it really a fun time. The fire show was really amazing. The drums were a bit loud though. But they may have been bc of where we sat. I would def go back. I think all ages can enjoy this show.

Great experience

Every detail is planned perfectly. Organization was great. Staff was amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Had a really great time, by far one of the best experiences. Do note for some reason that the location is kind of in between time zones. I planned on arriving at noon which we did, driving from Tusayan which was a 2 hour drive, but when I saw their clock at the check in counter it said 1100, so basically we got there an hour early, but rather early than too late and missing the tour!

Definitely worth the money

We made a good choice picking the first class seats with lunch and bus tour. I started to rain and the bus kept us nice and dry and we were fortunate enough to have the rain tapper off when the bus stopped so we could get out and take pictures. The train ride was comfortable with drink and snacks provided, the entertainment was ok, we could have done with out it and just enjoyed a quiet ride. Make sure you bring tip money, we didn’t bring enough and ran out but definitely saved enough for the cabin Stewart at the end, she did the most work and enjoyed her stories.

Amazing tour with great vibes from start to finish! The guide was friendly, energetic, and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Everything felt well organized and relaxed, and the group had such positive energy. Definitely a great experience and a tour I would recommend!

Enjoyed the ride!

Loved this experience! My only negative is that the seat was very uncomfortable for me. My partner didn’t experience this, so it was probably my specific tush, but I had to cut the ride short because it was so painful. Otherwise, it was a wonderful time, great orientation and instructions and the bike fit well.

Our New Orleans Getaway

Our driver met us at the airport luggage pickup and helps us with our bags to the car. He drove us to our hotel, visiting with us along the way. We discussed New Orleans and he helped us with spots to check out on our stay. He was very pleasant and I'm sorry that I don't remember his name. He introduced himself, but I'm just bad with names.

The crew was amazing and knowledgeable. They made sure everyone felt welcome and spoke to each individual group to get to know them. They took us to the perfect spot to see so many turtles and all kinds of different fish. We would highly recommend spending a few hours with this crew.

Worth the visit!

Wonderfully enlightening! I enjoyed the perspective in which they restored the history of the American slave with the story being told from the perspective of the enalaved. Our driver to the plantation was knowledgeable. We choose the guided tour and our guide (a retired local) was able to give us new information and to weave the unfortunate history of enslavement into a triumphant ongoing story of today

Great time!!!

This was honestly one of my favorite parts of our trip! We rented e-bikes and were given a map with recommendations on where to ride, which made everything super easy. The views along the way were incredible, especially riding over the bike bridges and paths alongside the lake. The e-bikes were easy to use and made the entire ride feel relaxed and enjoyable—even going up hills! We rode to the beach, stopped for some ice cream, walked around for a bit, and then rode back. It was such a fun way to explore the area and take in the scenery without feeling rushed. Check-in and return were both really easy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. They even provided us with water for the ride, which was a nice touch. 100% recommend! I would absolutely do this again.

Took the ferry back to Boston from Salem after a long day of walking tours! It was the perfect way to end the day. It was a little cloudy and windy but option to sit in or out was perfect. One of the captains on board came around to visit and answer any questions we had which was nice. Would definitely recommend!
