What are people saying about Tokyo

A beautiful and educational experience
The tea ceremony was beautiful and informative, and the tea was delicious. I chose my kimono from a wide selection and they helped me put it on correctly, then took a bunch of pictures for me on my phone and with my camera. The amount of individual attention was far more than I expected.

Fun entertainment!
Super fun and entertaining! The sumo wrestlers were engaging, hilarious, and powerful. It was fun seeing them do battle, I mean demonstrate a match. The Geisha was a nice surprise for me and she was lovely. The MC really made the show and it was fun to bang on the table to show support. Food and drink were good.

We had a very fun night....
We had a very fun night. The geishas were friendly and talkative.. We spoke with them for about 25 min prior to the show. They performed 3 acts which were entertaining and peaceful. We all played a game afterwards which was a lot of fun…The loser had to do a shot of sake. We took many photos with the geisha after the show. Overall a wonderful experience that we would recommend to travelers. The only downside was the food. We ate before the show because of the poor reviews about the food

Tokyo Cruise:Spring Yakatabune Cherry Blossom
Yoyo and the team were amazing! The food, scenery, and performance were all excellent and made for a truly memorable experience on the Tokyo cruise.
The cherry blossom–themed atmosphere was beautiful, and everything was well organized from start to finish. We really enjoyed the drinks and the overall vibe on board.
I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Family trip, 1st time in Japan
I’m giving this tour 5 stars, but with a caveat! First the 5 stars- Jasmine our tour guide was EXCELLENT!! We had a great time with her, learned a lot about the area, food and Japanese culture. The food was excellent, what we got was truly delicious and we enjoyed it very much, really good gyoza, sushi and chicken wing like we’ve never had, all very good. Now the caveat- there wasn’t very much food! As an American who probably eats too much, the entire tour didn’t supply too much food! We hit 2 restaurants and a dessert spot in the food hall of the mall and the portions were very small. It was slightly more than what I would serve as appetizers at home! After the fact I would say do the tour but don’t come starving hungry or plan on maybe getting a bit more to eat on your own after the tour! But again, excellent guide and food, just not enough of it.

Great dinner and entertainment
Our family attended a live sumo show and dinner during our vacation in Tokyo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the entire evening was both entertaining and highly informative—we learned so much about sumo and its traditions.
The wrestlers and the commentator were genuinely funny and engaging, which kept everyone entertained, but once the matches began, it was all business. That contrast made the experience even more exciting and authentic.
One of the best parts was getting to take photos with the sumo wrestlers at the end, which was such a memorable way to capture the moment. This is a unique and fun experience that we would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Great class!
We had a fantastic time making Sushi with Chef Tanaka and guide AJ. The instruction was thorough and chef Tanaka was patient and helpful with my 9 and 12 year old kids. The fish was of course super fresh, and the kids say it’s the highlight of our Tokyo trip so far!

Yuca is amazing! First of...
Yuca is amazing! First of all, she is super knowledgeable to not only how to cook ramen and gyoza but to places you need to check and recommendations on foods of all sorts. She was really kind and made the class entertaining while she was a lovely host. She provided tea, all the ingredients, the recipes, and shared the history behind ramen and all the ingredients. 100% recommend!

Fun night out full of laughs
This is a fun night out in Tokyo! The food was surprisingly good - fresh and tasty. The show was entertaining and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave a bit of history of sumo and then the two sumo wrestlers did a demonstration. After the demo, they took several folks from the audience to face off against the wrestlers. Our teenage son went up there and said it was like trying to push a wall!

Best cooking class!
This is the second cooking class we have taken on our current Japan trip and this one is the ONE! We learned so much and had fun at this class. The food was so good. Our friends did the first class with us and not this one and we are so sad they missed this experience. I can not recommend this class enough!

Shibuya Tour
Amazing opportunity getting to know the real food scene in Shibuya. Our tour guide Naoki was very friendly and informative regarding the locations we visited. The food and drinking spots featured during the tour were spots locals were spending time at. The food and drinks selection were yummy! This provided a genuine experience.
