The Geisha show with dining was an incredible experience! The women were so fun, kind, and accommodating, which made the evening feel very welcoming. The food was delicious and paired perfectly with the atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the interactive games—they added a lighthearted and memorable touch. The traditional dances were lovely. Overall, it was the perfect combination of culture, entertainment, and hospitality. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

Very friendly and informative geishas. Got to have a lovely chat to learn more about them before and after the beautiful dance they performed.
I went to this dinner in early May at the earliest time in the day as the rest of the evening was booked up. Im SO happy I did. I had all the lovely ladies to myself. We had a great conversation while I ate my dinner. The show was wonderful. The food was interesting and it too all had history.
We expected this to be a small group experience, but happily we were the only two for dinner with the two Geishas. This allowed us to learn about their world and education one on one, with them answering our questions with the help of scratcher translation device when their English wasn’t sufficient. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dinner preparation and variety. Although the booking was through Viator, my wife’s request for only cooked sushi was properly transmitted and taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a recommended one.

This was definitely one of my highlights of my trip to Japan. The geishas took the time to converse with us and play games with us. Their dances were lovely. It was a very special evening. The host was able to accommodate my vegan meal request, and since I was a solo traveler even took pictures for me to share with friends and family. Thank you.

The Geisha experience was one of the highlights of our trip. It was intimate, authentic, and unlike anything we've done before.
We happened to be the only guests that evening, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. At first, it was a little intimidating when the geisha joined us for conversation before the performance, but they used a translation device which made the discussion flow naturally and helped us relax.
Once we settled in, we had fascinating conversations about geisha culture, the challenges of preserving the tradition, and their perspectives on everything from sake to modern society. It felt less like a performance and more like a genuine cultural exchange.
We also learned a traditional game, had the opportunity to take photos with the geisha, and left with a much deeper appreciation for this unique and beautiful tradition. It was a truly memorable evening, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic cultural experience in Japan.

Magnificent and intimidate time spent at this Geisha experience for my husband and I. We were anticipating it to be busy as it was Friday evening but we were the only patrons. Worked out well for us since it gave us time to interact with the 2 Geishas - we asked them a lot of questions of the history and culture. We then learned some local games, one very similar to rock paper scissors. The food portion was prefect and good. Overall experience was wonderful and we walked away very pleased and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Very nice meal. Geishas were talkative and informative. Entire experience was great. Cultural descriptions were helpful.
We had a very fun night. The geishas were friendly and talkative.. We spoke with them for about 25 min prior to the show. They performed 3 acts which were entertaining and peaceful. We all played a game afterwards which was a lot of fun…The loser had to do a shot of sake. We took many photos with the geisha after the show. Overall a wonderful experience that we would recommend to travelers. The only downside was the food. We ate before the show because of the poor reviews about the food

Total lack of adequate communication would never us this tour company again. A very late email does not equal communication, especially when you have my phone number.

The meal was too small and unsatisfying and not worth the monies paid. The Geisha women were fair in their performance. I would not recommend this venue to anyone!

It was in a small setting. The food was good but the geishas were talkative and informative to all the guests. They performed for about an hour and explained the story they were telling. It was a really good experience.

The venue is on the sixth floor of an an amusement arcade. Remember, the food is not what you came for. This offering gives you an understanding about what geisha culture is about. While it seems overpriced, you need to remember what a real evening with geishas would set you back. The two geishas hosting do a respectable job.

This was definitely underwhelming and not what was expected from reviews on here. Our group was 5 people and one other woman was there. The two geishas just made small talk, and then did a few dances and games. Our group left wondering what exactly the point of the show was.

It was a nice experience. We ordered the appetizers which were filling. The games were fun. We were a group of 7 and 5 of us played the games and we had a lot of laughs. The Geisha's took some time to warm up to the women in the group but they did as we all got involved with the games. Had a fun time!

Such a fun and unique experience! My husband and I opted for the appetizer choice in dinner and it was exactly that. Included a few pieces of of steak among other small bites (no sushi or dessert) the food was all delicious, and the sake was great! Staff was attentive. The geishas were lovely and made the experience so fun and personable! Communication was not an issue, we even played a fun drinking game!

A very good show the geisha’s where very entertaining they used translators to communicate the food was nice and the staff helpful would recommend this show to do.

A dining experience with geisha dancing and reql geishas . They talk to us after the show and to each of the guests and are very genuine and sweet.

Going to the show/dinner was a great experience for someone who is new to Japan. I enjoyed myself and love the games we played and the traditional dance we watched was beautiful! I love that the women are very social with you and you can ask them anything. I truly do appreciate the women who was with us tonight because they made it a wonderful experience!

If you have any issues and need to change your arrangements, you're screwed! The operator never responded to our request to reschedule 24 hrs before our intended show and we lost over $260.

We had an interesting and fun evening. We booked the last sitting and there were only 2 couples. With 2 geisha, each couple had a more intimate experience. Our geisha was a good conversationalist (despite the language barrier), well-informed, and interesting to talk to. We enjoyed her company very much. The dancing was graceful (if too short); I would have liked more of a ‘show’ and perhaps playing of music. The game was really fun and made us all laugh. I felt like we had an authentic ‘taste’ of this traditional Japanese entertainment. For this reason I would recommend the evening, but try to book a time when there are likely to be fewer participants. Having our ‘own’ geisha made all the difference. The food, however, is another story. I had low expectation of a bento box ‘dinner’; even so, I was disappointed in the quality of the food. It had obviously been prepared much earlier and was very dried out and cold; the predominant taste was salty. Not appetising at all. Eat something before you go.

Not worth the money. Not a real geisha show and food just okay. I feel ripped off. It is a very poor tour and worst tour I have had with Viator.
