Kono is an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable, personable and patient. The sites covered by this tour are very interesting. There is a lot of walking done, but is well worth it. Request Kono as your guide. You will not be disappointed.

We covered a lot of ground, a good thing. Saw several sites with a delicious lunch. It was our first day, the guide educated us in how to use trains, markets to visit and other helpful information.

Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.

This was a fantastic experience! I loved that it was catered to my tastes for the trip. It was wonderful having an expert navigator in Tokyo. I really loved visiting the local sushi shop. It was a really special day out

This was a great tour. We saw a lot and enjoyed all the places we went to. Our tour guide Funiko was excellent. We were a family/friend group of 8 and she always checked that we were still together. She was patient with all our stops. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of what we saw.

Guide seemed very knowledgeable, but his English was not great. Quite a bit of difficulty understanding each other. He also walked fast and way ahead of us.

The rain. We did not sign up for a 10K. We spent most of our time walking to and from subway stations in pouring rain rather at the actual attraction. The guides were good and helpful but they need help with transportation.

Noby did a great job leading us around the city on public transit to see the sites. It was Cherry Blossom time in Tokyo so sites were quite busy but Noby guided us along to our requested sites.

Yumiko was a fantastic tour guide. We did the 6 hour walking tour, after choosing to see 4 sights in Tokyo. She explained everything we were experiencing. Her knowledge was outstanding. We would never have been able to navigate the subway system without her. Our tour ran over time but she was not bothered at by this. Her English was excellent and she tried very hard to accommodate all our requests. It was by far our best day in Tokyo!

Tour guide turned up on wrong day and was supposed to get another tour guide to turn up on correct day, but then spent 1.5 hours to find out what was going on, eventually was told I would get an email which I have still not received or refund - I will not take up with my credit card company !

The best part of this guided walking tour was absolutely being able to meet Yumi - our guide.
She was so professional and welcoming - and did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied with our day. She was able to answer all of our questions and assist us with ideas for the remainder of our week.

Yoshio was the perfect tourist guide. He patiently answered all of our questions, had extensive knowledge about the places we visited and Japan in general (current and historical) and could navigate the train system with ease.
It was a perfect private sightseeing day in Tokyo despite the rain and we would definitely rebook for future adventures - asking for Yoshio as our guide.
