Nigiri Sushi

Nigiri is the most famous style in Japan. It consists of a slice of fish placed on top of a small oval ball of rice.

I had no experience making sushi before this class, but Ken made everything so easy and fun to follow. By the end, I was making nigiri and maki that actually looked and tasted great! The location in Asakusa is perfect too. A must-do in Tokyo!
