I had an incredible time at this sushi-making class! Our instructor, Sensei Ken, was fantastic—he was extremely patient and made sure everyone in the group was taken care of, regardless of their skill level. He took the time to guide us through each step, ensuring our rolls actually looked as good as they tasted.
Mary was a great assistant as well. She was so kind and very friendly, making the whole environment feel welcoming and fun.
It was a truly memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on activity. As a wonderful bonus, we also got to do some matcha making, which was the perfect way to round out the session.

Ken and Sora were fabulous hosts. Such a fun time, lovely welcome, a nice small group so super interaction with great explanations and the sushi we made tasted really fresh having just been made by us! The matcha was so much better than I’d had just before at a cafe, really enjoyed the sake too! All in all, highly recommend 5🌟

The staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming, and patient throughout the entire class, making everyone feel comfortable and included. It was so much fun learning how to prepare different types of sushi step by step, and the instructors explained everything clearly while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and it was so satisfying getting to eat the sushi we made ourselves at the end. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that combined great food, friendly people, and lots of laughter. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
