Enjoyable day out
This was our first full day in Japan of a 10 day trip and it didn’t disappoint. It was a rainy day, and do being able to visit and see multiple locations around the lake via the minibus was fantastic. Our guide, Yuu Naka was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. She explained that Fuji is difficult to see on rainy days but also on very sunny days as the haze falls by midday. We did however catch a glimpse of Fuji from the coach thanks to Yuu pointing it out and we saw the base of Fuji from the top of the 5 pagodas. Overall, the trip was a great day out and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Great trip.
Great trip. The last stop could’ve been better if it was scheduled for a longer stay, at least 2 hours to enjoy the waterfalls view, lunch, and souvenir shopping, especially that we were early with the low traffic. Overall, it was a great trip. Thank you, Naomi, for the guide.

David was an excellent...
David was an excellent guide and driver. He gave narration while he drove, and made sure we were well prepared with information before we arrived at each venue. Davis also was able to get us as close to the shrine/park/temple/garden/market as possible to maximize our time.
David was very personable and listened to places we wanted to visit. He easily pivoted. David has a friendly personality and a great sense of humor.
We highly recommend this tour and strongly suggest you request David as your driver and guide.

Tokyo Private Day Trip
Our tour was wonderful despite the rain, thanks to our guide, Take. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, anticipating small details like providing towels after food tastings and at the shrines, and adjusting our schedule so we could still see so much comfortably.
His warm, approachable presence made it easy to ask questions about all the explanations, and he consistently went above and beyond, helping us navigate purchases, advocating for us, and ensuring we felt taken care of throughout the day. He even helped us get to our dinner reservation and taught us how to use the trains.
When the tour ended, my family, especially my 11 year old boy, noticed the difference right away. Although this review is on the tour, the joy of the day was truly because of him.
We are so grateful for the experience and highly recommend this tour. It was special because of Take.

It was a very well...
It was a very well organised Day Tour from Tokyo to Hakone.
The Tour Guide Ayaka was an excellent guide, informative and full of energy.
Even though the day was cloudy and drizzling from early morning to afternoon, we could luckily have a good view of Mt. Fuji, from the Peace Park, which true to its name, was very Tranquil.
To sum it up, a memorable Day Trip.

Great tour away from the hustle-bustle of Tokyo
We really enjoyed this tour of Kamakura and Enoshima Island. Yuki was our tour guide and she was awesome. She made sure that everyone had a good time and followed up on every request made by all the tour participants. She also provided a ton of information about the places we visited, and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own.
In Kamakura, our favorite was the pathway in the middle of the street surrounded by cherry blossoms. It was not even in the description of the tour, but Yuki made sure we knew about it and checked it out. The giant Buddha and the shrine were also quite good.
In Enoshima Island, we decided to go to the top of the Sea Candle, and it was well worth the few dollars we paid for it. The view of the surrounding area was amazing. The only regret we had was that it was too cloudy to see Mt. Fuji - that would have been a real treat. Because we stopped for lunch, we did not have enough time to explore the rest of the island, but we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the town up to the Sea Candle.
This was definitely one of our more relaxing day trips from Tokyo - don't get me wrong - it was still a lot of walking, but it just felt a lot more relaxing than the other day trips, which seemed very rushed. If you like nature, I would highly recomend this tour, especially with Yuki as the tour guide

Great Tour to See a Lot in One Day!
This was a wonderfully organized trip! Our guide Paolo did a wonderful job in the bi-lingual tour! Everything ran on time, we saw some beautiful sights and were absolutely blessed with amazing weather. Meal spot they organize was really great as well if you’re a fan of soups, fish, and rice. Plenty of time to explore Fuji and get great photos.

A peaceful cherry blossom walk away from the crowds
This was a wonderful experience. Our guide was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the morning feel relaxed and personal. We walked through quieter lanes lined with cherry blossoms, away from the busy tourist areas, and got to see a different side of Tokyo. It felt calm, authentic, and unhurried. I really appreciated the slower pace and the chance to just take it all in.

Best Bike Guide In Tokyo
Gahku was our subaraschi Guide! He is such a professional cyclist always calling out every Turn, „clear“ to be confident no one is coming. He did such a fantastic job. The Route is approximately 17 miles, however it felt more like 8 miles. He is very measured with the changing of the Traffic lights, you go right thru, the Temples, Shrines, backalleys, truly best bike tour in Tokyo. Arigato!

Bucket List Sports Experience
The history and insight provided by our guide, as well as the accompanying English program and literature enhanced the experience. Even if we had been able to win the online battle and purchase tickets directly to save a little money, we would have missed out on a lot of the unique details of this iconic sport (and missed out on having a bowl of chanko).

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.

Great experience - highly recommended. 5 stars.
This tour was a fantastic experience. Charles was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and cheerful, and he has a clear passion for photography.
He gave me some fantastic tips on using my phone camera and how to get the best shots, and he helped me get amazing photos that I've sent to my family and friends back home.
If you want to see Tokyo through a different lens, quite literally, and explore the intricate twists and turns around the maze of Shinjuku and Shibuya, then this is the tour for you.
