Our driver/guide was Takura. He contacted us before the tour and suggested an earlier start as the weather forecast was better earlier in the day.
He was knowledgable and enthusiastic and took lots of photos of our family which he shared with us.
We were fortunate to see Mount Fuji in a cloudless sky.

Abdul was amazing, he showed us great sights and also taught us quite a few Chinese words on the drive. Everyone who wants to learn basic Chinese should take advantage of this bonus.

The best way to experience Mt Fuji and its surroundings is to have Abdul as your guide. He'll take you to the best views and nicest places, has a great eye for photography, will make pictures of your experience and is a delight to have around. Abdul is very friendly and goes the extra mile and then some to make this an unforgettable experience for you and your travel companions. His timing was also impeccable, getting us to all the places before the crowds set in. If you're on the fence whether this is for you, consider this a sign that this is for you. My wife and were staying in Kawaguchiko and decided to explore the area using this tour. Asad was our driver for the day and it was perfect. Showed up early in a very clean car. He knew about every good spot to see Mount Fuji and avoid the crowds. Very patient and friendly. He asked us if we had any specific requirements or places to see, which he took us as well but also to some spots very few knew about. Highly recommend.

We had a great time on this trip. Much better choice than trying to navigate public transit to get from Tokyo.
Hasan was a fantastic guide and took us to some interesting locations and shared great insight. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend for anyone in Tokyo trying to see Mt Fuji!

We had an absolutely amazing Mount Fuji tour and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Our guide, Abdul, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
The spots he took us to were beautiful and felt really well planned. We got incredible views of Mount Fuji, visited charming local areas, and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Every location felt unique and gave us a great mix of scenery, culture, and photo opportunities.
What really stood out was the effort our guide put into taking photos for us throughout the day. He knew all the best angles and viewpoints, and the pictures turned out amazing. It made the experience feel even more special because we could actually enjoy the moments without worrying about constantly taking selfies or setting up our own shots.
Overall, it was a perfectly organised tour with breathtaking views, a great atmosphere, and an excellent guide who genuinely cared about making the experience memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Japan and wanting to see Mount Fuji properly!

This experience is weather dependent. We didn't get to see Mt Fuji because we had thick fog all day. Station 5 was opened but we didn't go there as we were told there was not much to see or do with Mt Fuji hidden behind the clouds. Instead we went to the Fuji Shibazakura Festival to photograph carpets of Phloxes ( own costs). We were a bit rushed for time later at Lake Kamaguchi and Oishi Park as we didn't plan the timing of our visit to these attractions ahead of time.
