My 6 hour tour with Toko was fantastic! She was timely, but did not rush; very personable, and made the trip a lot of fun! Her knowledge of the culture and history answered all of the questions I had and more. Plus, she showed me places I would never know to go see. Her recommendations on everything from food, drinks, and what prices to pay/avoid were very helpful, and even gave me tips on learning the train and metro system. I highly recommend booking with her if you have the chance. This was my first day in Tokyo and it has already been an incredible trip. Thank you Toko!

My tour with Toko was the perfect way to see Tokyo highlights, even with the limited time I had on a layover. Lots of Walking, but Totally Worth It!

Thanks to our amazing, sweet, knowledgeable, and ultra-friendly guide, Toko, we were able to see some of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks. She thoughtfully customized the tour around our specific interests, even though the locations were spread far apart — and somehow she made everything run seamlessly and efficiently. She gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop and showed endless patience in answering all of our questions. We traveled mostly by subway and still managed to walk over 22,000 steps! It was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience, and the service was truly second to none, from the booking process all the way to the final stop

Personalised tour of Tokyo with young, well travelled experienced local guide

As a 1st time traveler to Japan, I found having a private tour guide a wonderful experience. My guide Toko prepared my itinerary based on my interests and wish list prior to my arrival into Tokyo and communication was excellent throughout this process. Toko and her assistant Yuta were a joy to spend time with, very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we went to. It was very handy for someone to show me basics at the stations like explaining the train lines and purchasing tickets. The company I booked through also didn't penalise me by charging double for being a solo client (many other operators quoted me double!) A great way to start any trip in an unknown city to set you up for the rest of your stay.

We had an amazing experience in Tokyo today with Toko. Leading up to our meeting, she contacted us to learn our interests for the day and came up with an itinerary for us as we are first-time visitors. We visited 3 spots with her today and she was very knowledgeable about the history and culture, which really increased our enjoyment and experience. She helped us to interact with the local vendors and highlighted local treats, which my sons particularly enjoyed! She also provided suggestions for things to do and enjoy after our time with her, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend going on a tour with Toko.
