    We will pick you up anywhere in Tokyo, such as a hotel, station, shop, or home. We will provide you the contact details of your diver guide and also your diver guide will be holding a board with your name written on. Due to the Road Traffic Law we are unable to provide tours that both start and end at hotels located outside of Tokyo prefecture. As Tokyo Disneyland is located in Chiba prefecture, we can either have pick-up, or drop-off service from your hotel, but unfortunately we are unable to provide both on the same tour. The closest station located in Tokyo-Prefecture to Tokyo Disneyland is Kasai-Rinkai-Koen station, (Keiyo Line, about 5 minutes away by train from Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama Station). We ask that you either start or end your tour here. If you wish we can also have the tour start or end at any location in Tokyo of your choosing. We appreciate your understanding. Examples: Pick-up : Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Drop off: Kasai Rinkai Park Pick-up : Kasai Rinkai Park Drop off: Tokyo Disneyland Pick-up: Tokyo Disneyland Drop off: End Ginza

    Richie, our driver, was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the best cherry blossoms. He took us thru several different festivals and ended the trip with a Buddhist Temple that was truly pretty as a postcard. Not only was he a guide tour guide, he maneuvered around heavy Tokyo traffic with ease.

    Yosuke did an excellent job of showing us around Tokyo. He was very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. His van was exceptionally clean, and he supplied water, snacks, and Wi-Fi to make our adventure relaxing.

    Watch out this tour operators have chance back stabed

    Very unfair this tour operators I paid for this tour japan yen 87000 after arriving from tour at my hotel driver locked his door of car ask for extra yen 10000 for tour completed six hours he says tour for five hours but never mentioned at viator tour five hours so you need to pay one hours price yen 10000 by credit card 2nd April 2025 rainy day and traffic jam at tokyo I did not drove car but we take launch and coffee break and very small time personal shopping at same area we did not go imperial palace garden most of place just drove around to see cherry blossom only two place get out of car for see cherry blossom finally I settled down parking fee yen 3860 for launch and coffee break and small shopping actually come down yen 10000 to yen 3860 It is tricky way take out money after reaching locked car door until you pay anything you can get out driver is friendly and good I follow he got instructions from tour operators office do this type nasty thing I am longh time customers of viator and get your guide .com This is frist time I face this type mischievous tour operators it lis Japanese organizations

    Riley was a great tour guide. She was easy to understand and answered all our questions about Japan’s people, history, culture and cherry blossoms. I would definitely want her for any future tours. Viator was easily accessible and helpful when I had questions. The tour company was equally helpful. The unfortunate part of this tour was barely any cherry blossoms. I thought there would be spots where the blossoms were plentiful and they could take us there. Would be helpful to know what to expect several days prior on this seasonal tour.

    Our guide, Miyu, was super efficient and an amazing driver. She maneuvered the large vehicle in & out of some very tight spaces in order to give us the best experience. She was eager to show us extra sights that we had forgotten about. Team Lab was well worth seeing as were the cherry blossoms, Tokyo Crossing and the business of the city.     I would not have wanted to attempt to navigate Tokyo's prefectures on the bus or train, or in a large tour group to see the cherry blossoms. This private tour was perfect for my family and I. Yosuke was our guide. We were about a week too early for full bloom, but we did see beautiful cherry blossoms. One of the things that i appreciated most was the opportunity to go to non-touristy spots, like a cherry blossom tree lined street in the business area. Yosuke volunteered to take our pictures, so we weren't reduced to selfies and we even got a chance to head to the island for a beautiful city view (including the statue of liberty). Great day, we didn't feel rushed and our guide was thoughtful and accommodating. In addition, the vehicle was very clean, comfortable and was equipped with water and little treats. 5 stars!

    Todos los momentos del Tour fueron excelentes… el vehículo limpio y con snacks…lo más importante nuestro conductor Kazu se preocupó en todo momento de que disfrutáramos nuestro tour nos llevó a unos lugares de Tokyo que no son muy concurridos por lo que disfrutamos tranquilamente de los cerezos… recomiendo este tour ampliamente
