Beautiful Scenery, Excellent Organization, and Great Value

This was an outstanding day trip and one of the highlights of my time in Japan. Everything was exceptionally well organized, from the check-in process to the transportation between each stop. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed us to experience a wonderful mix of natural beauty and iconic sights, including Lake Ashi, the Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji. The guide did an excellent job keeping the group informed, on schedule, and entertained throughout the day. Instructions were always clear, making the experience completely stress-free even for first-time visitors to Japan. The bus was comfortable, the timing at each stop felt just right, and I appreciated not having to worry about navigating public transportation or coordinating tickets. Everything was handled seamlessly. If you’re looking for an efficient and enjoyable way to experience the Mount Fuji and Hakone area in a single day, I highly recommend this tour. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic introduction to some of Japan’s most beautiful landscapes.

BEST Way to See Tokyo on a BIKE

Gaku (Gakuto Miura) was our guide and this was EASILY THE BEST PART OF OUR TOKYO TRIP! We covered all the main Temples, shrines, Imperial Palace, and rode through back streets and busy intersections. We grabbed lunch at a local grocery store continuing on to eat at the Harbor. It was awesome. I had my two teenage kids with me. We made frequent stops for hydration breaks but 17 miles in 94F heat was so much fun because our guide made sure to pause often (plus he provided neck ice packs while we rode so we stayed cool in the hot temps. Highlights: Yoyogi Shrine then bike ride to Yoyogi Park nice and shaded Zozoji shrine imperial Palace Nissan crossing, Shinjuku, Tokyo Gov Building w 55 seconds elevator ride up to the observatory. Great pics feom the top and what a fun way to see Tokyo!!

Highlights of our Japan trip !!!

We did the Tokyo tour first and had such a great experience that we ended up booking the Fuji tour too, both days were excellent! The tours were comfortable, relaxed, and a great way to see places we probably wouldn’t have managed as easily on our own !! One of our favorite things in Tokyo!!

This was a 10/10 experience!! We had an amazing guide who took us around the city, taking photos of us and making sure we all had turns in the front. The Rainbow Bridge was a big highlight, and you get to go on it twice. We did the mid-day option which we loved, as there wasn’t much traffic so we could go fast. We loved our time and highly recommend this company!!

Great tour, very informative of the places visited, well paced and very enjoyable experience. The lunch option was a lovely touch and can highly recommend. Wonderful guide and driver. Our guide was very knowledgeable, throughout the tour they imparted gems of information in connection with each of the sites we visited so that we were really able to get the most out of each location, great sense of humour, led the day very professionally and looked after all. Highly recommended one day concise tour of Tokyo covering all key areas

Excellent one day trip of Tokyo covering all key areas including two types of temple across two religions. The Hato Bus tour operator was very comfortable and well structured, and especially big thanks to our tour guide Mr Teru-san and the bus driver Ichitawa-san. Teru-san was very patient, polite and explained key locations and the historic context very clearly and English was easy to understand. Tokyo sky tree experience, Sensoji Temple, Meji Shrine and the Imperial Palace outer Garden was great. The short stop at the Ganman Robot and The Statue of Liberty was nice surprise item The best part of the tour was the buffet lunch at the restaurant near Haneda airport with a good spread at a superb dining location. The pick up location right behind the Tokyo station was very easy and convenient to locate. Highly recommend this one day trip of Tokyo compared to other two operators.

This was a wonderful experience. Our guide was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the morning feel relaxed and personal. We walked through quieter lanes lined with cherry blossoms, away from the busy tourist areas, and got to see a different side of Tokyo. It felt calm, authentic, and unhurried. A day in tokyo

Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.
