We will pick up from any hotel or accommodation in the Tokyo 23 wards, plus Tokyo cruise terminal or Haneda airport. Yokohama cruise terminal and Narita airport incur a 15,000yen surcharge payable on the day, please let us know in the "special requirements" field. The driver will let you know before they arrive where to find them (usually at the taxi stand) with a description of the vehicle, at many hotels it isn't possible to leave the vehicle unattended so we ask that you come outside.

Our guide was interesting, informative and listened to our interests to tailor the tour for us. He even was able to accommodate our mobility issues. He was knowledgeable about the city and the country on a very wide variety of topics. I would do this tour again.

We highly recommend Rich as a guide. He was personable, knowledgeable and obviously loves his city. We had a great day, visited and saw everything listed on the itinerary. His van was comfortable and he dropped us off in convenient locations with clear instructions about where to go and where to meet him afterwards. Communication was perfect!

This was a great city tour of Tokyo. The driver picked us up promptly at our hotel and spent the day taking us around the city. The driver was very friendly and helpful, and shared lots of great information about the city and its history. We highly recommend this tour.

Jordon was a wonderful driver and guide. We went to several of the must see sites in Tokyo. Covered quite a bit of ground in a few hours. Jordan was quite flexible and ensured we were comfortable during the entire time.

This experience was absolutely perfect. Rich was very easy to communicate with, picked 4 of us up with all our cruise bags from Yokohoma port, and was happy to change the timing and activities to suit our requests. He clearly knows his way around Tokyo and in addition to seeing sights, knew where to find the early cherry blossoms and last minute souvenirs we wanted. We learned so much more about the city and culture and it was super helpful to have a native English speaker explaining things to us. Would 10/10 recommend!

Rich is an excellent tour guide! He is an Aussie who's lived in Tokyo for 25+ years and has great knowledge of the city and helps to explain each area we're seeing. We were pleased to have an English speaker with great local experience, an excellent driver and did wonders with his ability to drop us off at the entrance to areas, explain what were about to see and have the car ready upon our return in spite of heavy traffic, etc. With Rich, we were able to alter our itinerary to meet a pre-established lunch date, and have plenty of time to get to/from our ship docked in Yokohama. We couldn't recommend Rich more highly. (Also: nice wheels!)

Rich was open to our requests and made the entire day smooth and stress free. We saw 3 different temples, went to a government building to see Fuji, Akasaka Palace, lunch at Toyosu, and even a local shopping street. All done with my parents limited mobility in mind. We are so appreciative of Rich and his thoughtfulness. He made sure my parents were ok and we were even able to bring the wheelchair with us. I cannot say enough good things about the tour. Highly recommended!
