Fay, the Viator Rep from I Asia Thailand was great! Patiently got me through each stop we had to make to get through and out of BKK! Quick, easy ,seamless! She had my name on a board for when I exited the plane and entered the terminal. First time I got to experience that! Cool. We got a luggage cart and later I needed to push it myself because of my back pain after those three flights. It all went so fast I forgot to stop and look for a Welcome to Thailand sign to get a picture. I did remember to mention I needed some currency exchanged before we left and I did get that. I was in a taxi and off to the room before I knew it. Thanks Fay!

Great group tour. The guides were funny and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the places visited. The floating Market displayed a lot about the life of the common man in the floating Market city. They had a good selection of local food. They also had souvenirs and other goods for sale with negotiable prices. The restaurant recommended by the guide was a winner. The train marked had similar goods and souvenirs as the floating Market but the venues could not have been more different. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Fantastic tour. Don’t miss!

Great experience. Boarding was organized and seats were assigned which avoided the scramble for a good seat. Servers were efficient and friendly. Happy to take pictures any time with your camera. The food was diverse and tasty. Other than the river bank scenery, the highlight was the entertainment. The dancers were fun to watch. But the sax player and both female vocalists were outstanding. Quality tour all in all.

Fantastic experience, up close and personal with the elephants which are clearly very well cared for. Highly ethical. Bamboo rafting was very peaceful. Finished off with a climb up the amazing sticky waterfalls. Shout out to Paul our guide and our driver Mr Sak. They really couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best day.

A massive thank you to Dino and his amazing team for making this trip so special, especially for our two mums, who were experiencing it for the very first time! ❤️ The team went above and beyond to help my mum and wife enjoy swimming safely, providing a guide, instructor and swimming tubes. Their patience, care and professionalism were outstanding! 🛶 Canoeing was the absolute highlight! The breathtaking scenery, spectacular limestone cliffs and beautiful caves were simply unforgettable. The canoeing guides were excellent — friendly, skilled and extremely helpful. Both our mums absolutely loved every moment! 🍽️ The food served on the boat was incredibly delicious! Fresh, tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. We were also incredibly lucky to have only around 20 people on the boat yesterday, making the entire experience relaxed, comfortable and even more enjoyable. 🚐 Pickup and drop-off facilities are available in Phuket, making the tour very convenient. We travelled from Phuket, and everything was well organised. What made this trip truly memorable was seeing how much our mums enjoyed their first-ever experience! Private Tour Guided by Yaya

While venturing out to the Phi Phi Islands during the start of rainy season is probably not something most people would recommend due to the unpredictability of the weather, what I will say is that this tour likely became the highlight of our trip because of Yaya, the captain and crewmate, as well as the patience and generosity of the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were so lovely in the brief time we spoke). For starters, the day was looking pretty bleak and dark, and with the cost of the trip in my mind, I was worried that it was going to be a total bust. The manager and team were super understanding of the situation, and gave us multiple options to assuage our concerns given the weather conditions. That alone was huge for us right there, as we didn’t feel locked into anything we didn’t want to do especially with factors outside of our control. We decided to go with one of the options which was venturing out to James Bond Island first and then deciding later whether to do Phi Phi Islands or not. Long story short, we ended up taking the risk and deciding to do Phi Phi Islands too, and thankfully we did — the weather cooperated with us just enough and cleared up even so that we could get the maximum potential of the trip. The boat ride and journey with Yaya and the team was fantastic — they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a lot of fun to be around. Let me emphasize that they helped to make the cost of the trip beyond worth it. There’s nothing quite like walking into Maya Bay, with the weather not only cooperating with us, but the beach almost being entirely cleared out and empty because of the time of the year we selected to go. Also, Yaya is an exceptional photographer and videographer — we have some pretty insane footage that we probably would not have been able to take by ourselves without her help. Highly recommend the tour and the team we were paired with.
