Excellent fast-track service at Bangkok Airport!
They were waiting for us immediately after we exited the aircraft, with a buggy and a sign displaying our names.
The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. This was by far the smoothest and fastest experience I’ve ever had at Bangkok Airport, despite this being my sixth visit to Thailand.
It took only around 15 minutes from leaving the aircraft to reaching our limousine outside the airport. Absolutely impressive!
I will definitely book this service again every time I arrive in Bangkok.

When your reservation was made, no flight information was included. Because airport priority entry cannot be arranged without arrival flight numbers—which must be provided by the guest—we were unable to operate your service. As a result, your booking was cancelled and a full refund was issued to you on August 12th.

It was very bad for me. I can't describe what happened when the company contacted me and I was already in the check-in with 12 bags and nobody contacted me on WhatsApp early enough after that the guy comes. Already I check in. After five minutes I meet him. He can't do anything for me so it's very bad really, the experience.

Buggy Service: You booked our VIP Fast-Track Entry service only, which does not include electric cart transport. There is an add on to include Buggy which you did not select.
Baggage Delivery: Luggage delivery is managed entirely by your airline and airport ground handlers. It is completely independent of our Fast-Track service and beyond our control.
Ground Transport: You did not book any airport transfers or ground transport with us. Our guide’s duty was to assist you through priority immigration and escort you to the arrivals hall, where they safely left you.
Our team fulfilled 100% of the Fast-Track service you purchased by ensuring a smooth, expedited passport control process. Additional options—such as golf buggy assistance and hotel transfers—are available as separate, paid add-on services. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing IAsia Thailand.

You later informed us that you were unable to find our representative. Although our staff were present as scheduled, we processed a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill. We also sent you a message confirming that your refund had been arranged.

Another VIP service I used made you walk to another gate to find them. I did not find them and no refund was offered
However this company is spot on. Your attendant is waiting for you as you exit the air bridge with your name on a white board. They wear a teal colored sport coat and are easy to locate. Very professional and friendly chat as she escorts me to fast track immigration.
No waiting lines and I am processed in 30 seconds
I meet my attendant at the baggage claim. She will not let me pick up my luggage and insists she handle it. My bags are over 50 pounds and this petite lady pulls them off the carousel with ease. Off to customs and she says most like we will clear quickly. That night customs was inspecting many passengers. We were waved on through. Mind you she is pushing the heavy luggage cart the entire time. She then escorts me to my pick up point where a friend is waiting. I felt bad I did not tip her as I had no baht in hand.
I do hope this company stays around. Their service is impeccable.

Great experience. She was waiting for me with a sign right when I stepped off the plane. I was walked right up to the immigration counter with zero people in front of me. She then escorted me to the luggage carousel and then through customs while helping me with my luggage all of the way to ride share.

It was fast getting through immigration and he walked us to iur gate but he walked way to fast for the elderly people in our group and never stayed with us or communicated very well. Our arrival team into Bangkok the week before was much friendlier and accommodating.

I almost got arrested by the immigration officer. On the ad picture it shows that there will be cart which will pick us up, and there wasnt any. The lady who was hodling our name was nice and walked us to AIRPORT CREW LINE. There is no VIP section that i saw. The person who escorted us told us to go to the airport crew line and left us. The immigration officer pulled me on the side was about to get arrested. I protested and I told her that I paid for this service. Then I was moved to another line and waited behind bunch of other people. THERE IS NO VIP SERVICE. Their picture is a lie with cart and the VIP LINE.

Premium Golf Cart Service: We would like to clarify that the electric buggy service is absolutely available; however, you did NOT book this specific option. We offer several tiers of arrival services, and the "VIP Fast-Track" service you selected is a walking escort service. The golf cart is a premium add-on clearly labeled as a distinct product tier on our booking page. We did also send you confirmation on the May 21, 2026, 12:17 PM.
The "Crew/Priority" Lane: At Suvarnabhumi Airport, the "Fast-Track" service utilizes the official Priority Lane, which is shared by Diplomats, and First/Business Class passengers. There is no separate "VIP Only" lane in the airport; our service provides you legal access to this restricted lane to bypass the general public queues. Our guide did walk you to this line and remained waiting for you at the exit while you spoke with the immigration official.
Immigration Interaction: While our service provides legal access to the Priority Lane, Thai Immigration officers are government officials who perform their duties independently. Efficient, courteous, very speedy. From the plane landing to departing the airport with the booked driver, along with retrieving hold luggage took less than 60 minutes. The staff were well organised and well trained.

In hindsight, I didn’t need this service. Arrived around 8pm and immigration was basically empty. I think if you’re arriving in the afternoon with huge international flights from the US or Europe then you should use this service. Overall, it was easy and quick. My guide was very kind and super helpful.
