A person was there to greet me as soon as I got off the plane. I was guided to everywhere I had to go and even accompanied to a taxi. Beforehand they helped me with a luggage issue as well. Top service.

After spending 2 hours at immigration getting into Thailand at Phuket I was keen to avoid the same when leaving at Bangkok. I was met at check in by Rinda at 8pm. She ensured I was checked in, through security and immigration and at the lounge I’d booked by 8:20pm! Rinda was friendly, kind and super efficient. She made sure I know how to get to the satellite terminal for my departure. I can’t thank her enough and I highly recommend the service to give a stress free end to a holiday ❤️

My escort was polite and professional. Meets you after the gangway and takes you to a side lane at immigration. Was through in 10 minutes. They walk you to the luggage carousel and would not let me get my bags, she pushed the luggage cart through customs then walked me to my arranged car through their service. Light traffic and a good driver got me to my hotel in great time. If you do not sign up for the ride, they walk you to the exit door of the airport. Do not know if they would call a grab for you or show you how to use taxi service. The line at immigration was backing up when we got there so I could see how this service would be very beneficial at peak times. Price of adding car service was right in line with what a grab may cost. I did think they would be right with you at the immigration desk in case of problems but they just meet you on the other side after getting you there. I will use their service again with no question, especially at peak times.

Regarding your transportation, it appears there may be a misunderstanding. Our records indicate that the minivan transfer was booked through a different supplier, not IAsia Thailand. As we did not manage that portion of your journey, we unfortunately had no control over that experience.

The experience was flawless and fast but there was an issue with our taxi. We were staying at an airport hotel and would usually go to the yellow stand and pay for a local taxi. Our escort took us to the kiosk even though I said we needed a local taxi. I didn't think anything of it. We got in the taxi and our escort gave the drive our hotel name. We googled the hotel at 15 mins away. Once we got in the taxi we notice there was no meter in our vision. We asked the driver how much and he said 1600 baht. No way we told him. We've been coming to Thailand every year for the past 10 years, we know the drill. We told him we pay 200-300 baht for a local service. Even when we did go into the city we never paid more than 600 baht, max. 300 baht during the pandemic. We asked him to take us back to the airport. He asked how much we would pay. I said 500 baht knowing we were being ripped off. We just landed after an 18 hour flight and just wanted to get to our hotel. I have no idea how to report this scam but I did take a picture of his ID. The service was excellent. The taxi was a scam. Welcome to Thailand.
