- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
- Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket
- Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

I would say they will get you through the airport quick. They wait for you at the end of passenger bridge with your name displayed. They make sure you have your documents, and assist you with navigating the atm, and eSIM card booths. They also take you to the place where if you reserve a driver they are located. We were staying in Pattaya. The immigration line was not as long as I thought it would be. But that could be for this time of month in September. But I’ve seen lines were the reported time to get through is a couple hours. So this is either hit or miss.

THE BEST decision I have ever made travelling! I had 2 large pieces of hold luggage and wanted to get to my hotel quickly & efficiently.
I was met at the aircraft by the staff member, Bank who was a very polite and professional young man. He procured a trolley to take my hand luggage from the plane to the Immigration point. We walked past the regular immigration queue which was quite large to the Fast Track lane. I was first in line and was cleared immediately through immigration (who were very friendly & welcoming).
Bank then escorted me to the baggage carousel and loaded my 2 large bags onto the trolley and we walked through Customs. He then took me out to the waiting car where the driver loaded my luggage and took me to my hotel.
A fantastic experience, I highly recommend using the I Asia Fast Track experience through Viator.

Well worth the money. Greeted me promptly straight after I arrived from aircraft. Carried my hand luggage and helped me find kiosk to buy eSIM for phone. I booked the Fast Track service for my arrival in Bangkok and received explicit confirmation the day before. The very next day — with no prior warning — I was informed that my booking could not be honored because the time slot was “fully booked.”
A confirmed booking should mean something. Canceling it at the last minute, after confirmation, is simply not acceptable, especially for a service people rely on for time-sensitive airport arrivals. I had specifically arranged this because I needed assistance upon arrival, and instead I was left to deal with a problem that was entirely the company’s fault.
The refund offer does not make up for the inconvenience and stress caused by this last-minute cancellation. I would not trust this service again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their “confirmed” bookings.
Avoid unless you’re prepared for last-minute surprises.

Flight Details: In a separate message, you provided flight details for VietJet Air VJ803, arriving the next day in Bangkok at 12:45 PM.
Because this booking was made less than 24 hours before arrival, it fell within our short-notice window. As stated on our booking page, all last-minute reservations are subject to final airport authority confirmation; if the airport cannot grant fast track on short notice, the booking must be declined and refunded in full. This is the text on the website
"Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full"
Once the airport notified us that they could not confirm your slot due to fully booked, we reached out to inform you immediately and processed a 100% full refund. While we always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests, we must strictly adhere to official airport security limits. We apologize for any stress caused to your travel plans.

Additionally, your package included airport transfers. When our team member, Yotika, reached out to collect your drop-off hotel details, you informed us that you did not require transfers. We used this service on Sunday, August 2, for our family of 8 people, including two young children, and everything was perfectly organized. We were warmly welcomed immediately after leaving the aircraft and escorted to a waiting buggy. The staff was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English.
The buggy ride and fast-track immigration service saved us a lot of time, making our arrival in Bangkok smooth and stress-free—especially with young children. We never had to worry about where to go, as everything was taken care of from start to finish.

First I have to acknowledge Ploychanok was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. I know it says they will meet you at bridge but Ploychanok was actually there waiting for me with sign with my name on it and I admittedly felt so relieved to see her and put a huge smile on my face welcoming me to Bangkok. Walk to immigration/customs line went quick and then she had already went and got my luggage and off to get my currency then stayed with me outside until my Grab came. Experience is definitely worth price. Ploychanok made the whole process 100% better. She is very professional and was patience. If I could individually book with her again I would. Flight was a little late at 10:00pm and she waited and had communicated with me via WhatsApp.
