⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional arrival service in Bangkok. Huge kudos to the team, especially Diya( I believe spelled her name correctly) who assisted me upon arrival. She met me right at the area where guests are received after exiting the aircraft and personally guided me all the way to the arrivals exit. From the moment we met she was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. What impressed me most was how she went above and beyond. When I mentioned I needed to change currency, she kindly guided me through the process even though she had limited time, all with a genuine smile. She also made sure I was smoothly connected to my taxi before leaving.And most fascinating part was my whole immigration part was less than 10 seconds. I travel frequently and have visited many countries. As a hospitality professional myself, this is exactly what true hospitality looks like. Arrived no one was there to meet me received several confirmation texts and emails..the person I was eet had an escort…attempted to get help from my friends escort and was ignored…then after asking her several ties for help she finally told e she couldn’t..called number on app spoke with female who also was of no assistance…she finally told me to ask for refund!!!

We were supposed to land on 14th April 2026. Flights got delayed informed the head office. No response from my latest email. Paid over 100 pounds and never got to experience it. However, this service in hindsight seems a little USELESS because the immigration is very quick now due to its upgrade on Digitization of documents and information. Just go through regular immigration. All in all about 25 mins.

Everything was great! The agent met me as I stepped off the plane and quickly escorted me to Immigration. I proceeded through Immigration and it only took 1 minute (maybe even less!). She then took me to baggage claim to help me collect my luggage. My luggage did not arrive on my flight so the agent expertly helped me with the “lost luggage” process. She also contacted my hotel to let them know if my arrival and walked me to the waiting car. She was awesome!!!! I will definitely book this service again! Thank you!!!! 10 Stars!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience today. Firstly, no buggy that I paid 2,000 baht for. I had walk for ages. The car i paid 1,500 baht and waited almost 30 minutes for the car. I could have walked down to the taxi rank and got one almost immediately and cost a lot less.

Excellent! Just as described. No lines! After immigration thru customs. Escorted us to the money changer we asked for and to the best Sim card place and then to the train ticket office! So smooth and seamless! We highly recommend this service!

Waste of money.

Was very inconsiderate of us. Walked very fast and never looked to see if we were still with her. Basically in a rush to be done with us. Was to be English speaking guide but had little English and could not help us get to our hotel. Will not hire this company again.
