The most perfect day!

It was our first time going to most of the places on the itinerary. Jackson was a superb host and guide. It’s a great ‘finishing’ trip during our time in Taiwan as well. We started the trip at 1 pm because we wanted to be able to see Jiufen in the evening. Even though it’s in the peak of summer, the weather cooperated beautifully. It rained in the morning before we started our trip and by the time we got to Yeliu, it was overcast with the sun peaking through here and there. It was also breezy, and the same goes for the rest of the day. Jackson showed us many of the best spots to take photos and also took photos and videos of us. We made a stop to get some bubble teas along the way. 🧋He also took us to a great spot for dinner up in Jiufen. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and really cater to what we wanted. We would definitely use him again when we return to Taiwan. Thank you, Jackson! 🙏

Sightseeing Taipei is better than waiting in the gate

We had an 8-hour layover in Taiwan and decided to join the 6-hour day tour. James was amazing and incredibly accommodating. We told him we wanted to see art, temples, and try local food, and he customized the tour to match our interests perfectly. He took us to the peaceful Baoan Temple, where he explained the paintings and taught us about the gods. He also shared fascinating insights into Taiwan's architecture, artistry, and history. We visited Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Taipei 101, the Grand Hotel Taipei, and he pointed out the various government departments and ministry offices around the city. To top off our short trip, and knowing we were foodies, James brought us to places where the locals eat. We visited Dihua Street to try delicious sticky rice and Plantica for the best boba tea we've ever had. It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this tour—especially with James as your guide!

Great Experience!

Jenny, our tour guide, was very organized, informative and energetic. The tour didn’t end until close to 5pm so it was a long day but it was very interesting and lot to see. Make sure to have local currency for the shops and food as the smaller vendors do not accept credit cards. Overall a great experience!

Great tour

This was a private tour, actually I was the only one in the tour. Caleb was my tour guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about sites, history and everything in-between. Taroko gorge is amazing and we visited as much as was possible given the construction repairs after the earthquake (about 3 years ago). I highly recommend it!

As a former travel consultant, I select my tours based strictly on the itinerary and inclusions. While this itinerary was perfectly balanced and offered an outstanding overview of this beautiful country, the true magic of the experience came down to our tour guide. A guide can easily make or break a trip, and Su Chuan Ren (also known as Kevin Su) elevated this tour into one of the most memorable journeys we have ever taken. Charlie was the most amazing driver/guide/person we could have ever hoped for. I could spend the whole day writing about our day out with him. We had the most incredible experience with our driver in Kaohsiung. From the moment he picked us up, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day special.
