What To Expect

When your plane touches down in Thailand, greet your guide at the skywalk and breeze past the long immigration lines via a VIP passage. You’ll save what can be hours waiting in line and clear customs with ease, before navigating the arrivals hall of Phuket Internatonal Airport alongside your guide.

If you’ve booked a transfer option too, you’ll head straight to your Phuket hotel without having to wait for a cab or multiple pickups and drop-offs.

For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.

Skip the standing in line after a long flight. A guide met me right outside the plane. He took my baggage and escorted me through a priority immigration line. I was through in less than 10 minutes. I opted for the hotel transfer option. He waited for my checked bag, then I was whisked away to my hotel in a private mini bus. I highly recommend this service.

Good fast and reliable ! Easy to use only if you need

Easy to locate the counter ! Clear instruction and helpful staff . Very fast lane as well . Only issue is there is no queue at all at the immigration departure which I was not aware bec sometimes the queue might be long. It is possibly bec of the war so less tourist coming as well as the hot season in April like 33 degrees. ! Not at all the fault of the staff or any provider just the circumstances. When we came to Phuket there was really a long queue but the wait perhaps just 15 -20 mins . Could hv use this service if I am in a hurry on arrival. But I did not book bec my flight was short anyway. Still good to know how efficient if I needed help next time!

They don’t keep an eye on your incoming flight so it is seriously a 50/50 chance they will even be there to meet you with a sign with your name, even though they guarantee they will. My flight was 100% on time so absolutely no excuse… I ended up having to go through Immigration with everyone else as per normal even though I paid for the express experience which was the price of some Domestic flights…. I never leave feedback and have always been extremely respectful and easy going throughout my life, however, you sent me this link asking about my experience… Short version, I didn’t have one 🤷🏽‍♂️ Very disappointed !!

Absolutely amazing!! The service was outstanding. Through immigration within 5 minutes! Will Absolutely book again! If you have any worries they are there to help you with everything. This service literally took all our worries away. Fro. The moment we got off the plane and out of the terminal, they were there waiting for you. They ask if you need to use the bathroom first, take your passport and take you through priority immigration. The only question we got asked was how long we were staying and asked for our onward ticket. After we got our stamp, they waited for us to get our luggage, took us to the currency exchange and then escorted us outside. When I booked the Grab ride, he waited and looked for the grab ride for us and we were off. This service is definitely worth it, I will definitely be booking there service every time we arrive in Phuket. I can not thabk you guys enough for everything you did for us today! Khop khun maak! Speedy transfer!

Had tight connecting flight times so used this service to get through security. I think from touch down to security was less than 15 minutes and another 15 for bags. He then walked us up domestic terminal and waited until we could check in. Worth it just not to queue at immigrations

Its a scam!!! We found the coral lounge, and the lady took us to a line, opened the gate and said wait in this line. While we were standing there, authorities started yelling at is that we cut the line. Horrified and humiltated, she removed us from the line and sent us back to the coral lounge, where the lady who let us through was nowhere to be found. So we then had to wait in the line anyway. I really feel as though we should be refunded and do not reccomend this to anyone traveling to phuket. Horrible

Excellent value for money! Fatastic experience and I’m so happy I did this. I arrived with on an international flight. At the airbridge a representative was waiting with a sign with my name and whisked my through passport control, while the rest of the people had to join a long 1-hour queue for passport control. If there is no queue this service has limited added value, but considering how much time I saved I’m happy I did this! In hindsight I would have booked the package including transfer as well to make it a truly seemless experience.

We used this service at Phuket. We were met just after leaving the aircraft. We were taken straight through to passport control with just 3 people in front of us. The queues that were in the normal lanes were huge and having been there before would have probably taken an hour and half to two hours to get through so totally worth the price to be able to start our holiday without the long long queues. The agent quickly helped us with our cases and took us through to meet our private transfer.

Fantastic. Arrived yesterday. Met at air bridge with a smile by a lovely chap who took our cabin bags and walked us through immigration within minutes as we passed by a 2 hour queue in normal immigration! He contacted the driver of our prebooked car that was outside the door when we got there. We did not touch our suitcases. Very impressed. They do what they say they will do!!

Fast trac meet and greet

Our guide met us on the airbridge. He was charming, very friendly and took control. The queues were horrendous for the passport control, however we marched straight through. That alone saved us standing in a very long queue for at least 1 hour!!! From now on, on all our long haul flights, we will book an agent to speed us through. Having left everyone else queueing, we proceeded to baggage collection,where he retrieved our cases and took us to our taxi that was waiting to take us to our hotel and the start of our holiday. We were relaxed as we could be after a long flight.

I was met not too far after I got off of the airplane with my name clearly visible. I was able to skip the really long line I saw at immigration and, again, allowed to skip an even shorter line of people. I was walked right through the declaration area and to the place where a private driver would pick me up. I never spent time worried or anxious about where to go next, I was just walked from one place to another by my guide who was very polite. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again, because the hassle it helped me avoid was more than worth it. I wish other airports had the same option for as little as this one costs. Highly recommend!
