When your plane touches down in Thailand, greet your guide at the skywalk and breeze past the long immigration lines via a VIP passage. You’ll save what can be hours waiting in line and clear customs with ease, before navigating the arrivals hall of Phuket Internatonal Airport alongside your guide.
If you’ve booked a transfer option too, you’ll head straight to your Phuket hotel without having to wait for a cab or multiple pickups and drop-offs.

- For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
- For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
- Mandarin language is on request but due to limited staff can not be guaranteed.

From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.

Very disappointing experience. There was no driver waiting for me at the pickup location. When I contacted them and told them I was outside, they argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to pay $116 for another taxi, and they refused to refund me. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this service.

Gem of a service!
Although my flight was less than 2 hours, it was important that I start my holiday immediately since I'm in Phuket for only 3 days. I made a mistake of choosing fast track departure instead of arrival (that's how much I needed a break) and the customer service personnel was sharp to notice the discrepancy in flight detail and alerted me immediately. The error was swiftly rectified (thanks so much).
The coral lounge is easy to locate - just right in front of the immigration queue. It was easy to spot my name and the service staff was highly efficient...so efficient that I didn't get a chance to ask for her name to thank her in this review.
The queue was surprisingly short but I had no regret because I could start my holiday with assurance that I will not be stuck in a long queue (I waited in a 45-min queue at my previous Phuket holiday).
Highly recommended!

If I could give a 0 I would!!! The absolute worst service ever. A waste of money and I wish I could dispute the service. I arrived at the meeting point. No greeting no conversation. The agent pointed to a piece of paper on the wall and asked if that was my name. I replied yes. He then shoves a piece of paper at me and asks me to sign it. Then he says follow me and damn near leaves me behind to catch up. He points at a booth for me to go to and then he disappears. He didn’t advise where’s to pickup luggage no nothing. I had to figure everything out on my own. $60 thrown down the drain

As explicitly stated on our website and in your confirmation voucher sent on June 3rd, the Standard tier does not include a gate meet-and-greet or luggage assistance. Guests are required to walk to our designated airport counter to meet their guide. Gate meet-and-greets, luggage assistance etc are strictly exclusive to our VIP Fast-Track Service.
The Guide Interaction: Our staff did not shove paperwork at you; our coordinator was verifying your identity to ensure the correct passenger was being served. Our records show that you verified your details and signed the service completion voucher.
Service Delivery: Despite your initial misunderstanding regarding the meeting point, our guide successfully escorted you through the fast-track immigration lane, fulfilling the exact service that was booked and paid for.
We pride ourselves on transparency, and all tier inclusions are clearly outlined prior to booking. Our rep was waiting with us as soon as we got out the tunnel with a clearly marked sign. He took us straight past a HUGE queue and we had cleared immigration within 3 mins. It is quite sn expensive service, but definitely worth it after 15hrs of travelling. Our rep was polite, professional and helpful. He then took us out straight to our pre booked taxi and loaded our luggage for us. A lovely young man. Excellent service.

Truly fast track and convenient. I was greeted with a name sign, taken directly to an empty immigration officer, and was done in a minute. The lady helping me even took all my luggage from the Baggage Claim and made sure I had transport to my hotel.

The staff waiting at arrival was extremely wonderful. The whole arrival experience of Fast Track was the best I have ever encountered, considering it was our first time to Phuket Thailand.And yes there is a cost but it was worth it. It super fast & very convenient when there are so many people on line to get the clearance.
No need to wait on line & process is much faster then normal.
I use fast track in many other country befere but VIATOR fast track is the best so far..
I had to gave a very nice tip to the guide
since he was so friendly & professional.
He took to the driver right outside of airport to take me to Hotel in less than 15 min.
I will definitely use this service again & again.

This experience was excellent! We literally walked off the plane and there was our guide Harry welcoming and smiling !and after a 9 hour flight we were so relived that there would be no more stress ! And there wasn’t , it was the fastest experience we have ever had entering a country , this is a must do for anyone that wants this process to be simple and organised without the headache !

Off the plane . Met at entrance to immigration hall. Person took me straight to the counter. Only person. Down to collect my luggage and out. 10 minutes. Amazing.
