From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.

Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

I've always faced difficulties during arrivals due to my weak passport, so I decided to splurge on this service to not waste another 1 to 2 hours and start my trip on a bad note. It was much better than I expected! Flam was my guide and he was lovely, finding me the moment I stepped foot into the airport. He helped me with the dreaded immigration queue, luggage, SIM Card switching, currency exchanging, and didn't leave me until I was comfy and set in a luxury MPV straight to my hotel. We zipped through the entire thing so fast it was unbelievable. It truly was in and out, I think immigration didn't even check my visa or digital card haha just gave me a stamp and sent me on my merry way

Expensive, not as advertised, service not delivered.

Unfortunately not as advertised and far too expensive for what it is. The description states: Your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time which we will advise you before. Service includes escort to check in, fast track immigration, lounge (if chosen) or leave at gate or duty free. There wasn’t anyone waiting for us at the door, we had to go out of our way to find the Coral booth at the far end of the terminal. As the terminal was not too busy, this straight away negated the time benefit of going “fast track”. The booking form also forces you to enter in arrival information when selecting a departure service. Once we got to the booth, we were escorted to the main queue and then had to wait while our escort went through another entrance to come back to us. Passport control was probably 2-3 min quicker (we went through around 2100). And then we had another person take us the 10ft to the security check. He then left us there. No escort to gate or lounge as advertised - which tbh was needed as the locations of the lounges are poorly signposted and took us a while to find. In total we probably saved 5 minutes and it cost us an extra 3-4min. And that saved 1 min cost three of us 120gbp/150usd. I will be asking for a partial refund as the service was not provided as advertised.

Don't use Viator. I was left stranded at the fly bridge, there was no representative of Viator there to greet me. I ended up standing in the immigration queue for a long time. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. There was no driver waiting for me at the pickup location. When I contacted them and told them I was outside, they argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to pay $116 for another taxi, and they refused to refund me. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this service.

Convenient, efficient, great service

Gem of a service! Although my flight was less than 2 hours, it was important that I start my holiday immediately since I'm in Phuket for only 3 days. I made a mistake of choosing fast track departure instead of arrival (that's how much I needed a break) and the customer service personnel was sharp to notice the discrepancy in flight detail and alerted me immediately. The error was swiftly rectified (thanks so much). The coral lounge is easy to locate - just right in front of the immigration queue. It was easy to spot my name and the service staff was highly efficient...so efficient that I didn't get a chance to ask for her name to thank her in this review. The queue was surprisingly short but I had no regret because I could start my holiday with assurance that I will not be stuck in a long queue (I waited in a 45-min queue at my previous Phuket holiday). Highly recommended!

If I could give a 0 I would!!! The absolute worst service ever. A waste of money and I wish I could dispute the service. I arrived at the meeting point. No greeting no conversation. The agent pointed to a piece of paper on the wall and asked if that was my name. I replied yes. He then shoves a piece of paper at me and asks me to sign it. Then he says follow me and damn near leaves me behind to catch up. He points at a booth for me to go to and then he disappears. He didn’t advise where’s to pickup luggage no nothing. I had to figure everything out on my own. $60 thrown down the drain

Worth the money

Our rep was waiting with us as soon as we got out the tunnel with a clearly marked sign. He took us straight past a HUGE queue and we had cleared immigration within 3 mins. It is quite sn expensive service, but definitely worth it after 15hrs of travelling. Our rep was polite, professional and helpful. He then took us out straight to our pre booked taxi and loaded our luggage for us. A lovely young man. Excellent service.

Truly fast track and convenient. I was greeted with a name sign, taken directly to an empty immigration officer, and was done in a minute. The lady helping me even took all my luggage from the Baggage Claim and made sure I had transport to my hotel.
