We were met directly off the airbridge and escorted through the diplomatic channel with no queue whatsoever. Then to the luggage carousel where our luggage arrived after 5 mins and straight to a waiting car. Incredible service and time saving. We will definetly use again !

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.

Wonderful lady met us at arrival gate, led us all the way to our departure gate. No fuss at any point. Bangkok airport is so big and busy I think I would have been overwhelmed if not for our guide. It was an absolute pleasure to have a stress free experience. Would highly recommend this service for a fast way through immigration.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

Worth every cent

This was very convenient and saved me time and stress after 30 hours of travel. I used the VIP fast track with transfer to my hotel. Someone met me at my arrival gate, took me through the quick immigration line (the regular line was LOOOONNGG and I read a person can spend up to 3 hours in it), and then took me straight to my transport. This was everything I needed after spending so long traveling and I would definitely use it again.

8 minutes from door opening to sitting my backside on a car seat has to be a record! Fantastic service great people and possibly the quickest exit from an airport I’ve had in over 1200 flights. Well done does exactly what it says on the tin. For all you brits as I am I would rather pay a hundred quid than que for over 3.5 hours no brainer. Pay the money sit in air con :-)

Do not use them - they didn’t show up

Do not use this company. Even though I confirmed my flight time through messaging them through Viator, they did not show up. Viator refused to help and sided with the merchant. Will not use Viator again - both of them are crooks and just steal your money without providing the service.

As clearly stated on your Viator voucher and in the instructions we sent, this service requires guests to meet our guide at our dedicated desk in the international terminal. Unlike our VIP Service (where guides meet you directly at the airbridge), the Standard service requires the guest to check in at the meeting point first. Unfortunately, you proceeded directly to immigration on your own without visiting the desk to meet our staff. This was confirmed during the investigation by Viator, which concluded that the meeting instructions were not followed. Despite this being a user error, we provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill—a fact that was omitted from your review. Skip the Line Well Worth the Cost

Well worth the investment! We were in the van to the hotel within 20 minutes after getting off the plane. We arrived at 12:30, and I can only imagine that the regular immigration line was more than 2 hours long! Entry into Thailand requires fingerprinting (all 10 digits!), and this adds significant time to the process. All instructions and signage as shown in the activity profile are accurate and easily identified.

Well worth the expense

Prompt, professional and even around 7pm well worth the money, considering crowds in the international arrival hall. Our flight was 20 minutes early but the agent was waiting for us at the end of jetway and escorted us to a very short fast-track immigration line.

Wow !! The process worked exactly as planned. We were met and escorted to the arrivals immigration area. There must have been several thousand people there!! The whole area was full. We were escorted straight past all those people to a special entrance and processed straight away. Then our escort showed us where to pickup our baggage and the correct carousel. The guy was waiting for me at the end of the jet bridge as soon as I deplaned, and I was through customs and immigration and at my taxi in six minutes time. To save me well over an hour of waiting in line.
