Interesting Petroglyphs visit
Interesting visit to the Petroglyphs. About a 3 hour drive each way, and once there, a short museum visit and a hike around the petroglyph sites. Some parts required climbing, others could be seen from the paths. Our guide was knowledgeable and kind, stopping as much as we needed for snacks/lunch/bathroom breaks.

The tour went so well and agree with most of the reviews that the van was very comfortable it helped with the very long day touring those magical places. And our tour guide, Luba, was so nice -- she did an incredible job, friendly and warm and she takes good photos too!

Awesome way to see the...
Awesome way to see the national park and very comfortable experience staying in the yurt. Was able to meet friendly people from around the world. Serzh was a great tour guide describing the local stores associated with each location. Only thing I would change is staying longer at the final destination because it was so breathtaking!

Full experience was great...
Full experience was great and well taken cared of - from booking, pre- tour arrangements, to the actual tour itself and travel back to the city.
The company organized taxis for us going to the assembly/pick up. Even the pickup time started early at 5:00 AM, it is very smooth. Bottled water and lunch was provided for all of us.
The tour guide assigned to us is Sabina, which made the tour more engaging, informative, and organized all throughout.
Kazakhstan, Very Nice! company, as well as the staff, driver, tour guides are definitely worthy of a 5-star rating and is highly recommended.

Very good tour of the Kazakhstan capital. During the day we were able to see the most remarkable sites of the city. I would definitely recommend it to those, who visits Astana for the first time. Our guide, Baurdzhan, was very nice and attentive to all our needs

Highly Recommended Outdoors Activity
This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed.

Amazing Almaty
We were very fortunate to have Erasyl as our private guide in Almaty. From early morning pickup to our return to the hotel, he took excellent care of us with his professional approach and advanced English. Erasyl impressed us with his deep knowledge of Kazakhstan's history, science, business, culture, and even politics. He shared fascinating information throughout our journey while always being respectful and mindful of cultural boundaries during our conversations.
Erasyl went above and beyond during our visits to Lake Kaindy and Lake Kolsay. When I struggled with walking in these areas, he provided helpful assistance that made me feel comfortable and supported. His hard work, helpful nature, and genuine care made our experience truly special. Erasyl is a wonderful ambassador for his beautiful country Kazakhstan, and we hope he continues to share his knowledge and passion with more visitors in the future.

Great Day at the Lake
Lovely day. Big Almaty Lake is gorgeous. Turquoise water, blue sky, snow-capped peaks made for amazing views and photos. Yerkin was a wonderful guide and so helpful providing information and helping my wife who has mobility problems. He picked us up at our hotel and dropped everyone off anywhere in town he/she chose. Small group of enthusiastic travelers added to the experience. If you have health problems I would recommend the car option.

Perfect way to see Astana in 3 hours
The tour was great! It lasted about three to three and a half hours, perfect for seeing the main sights of Astana. I was on my own, and my tour guide, Darman, made it really enjoyable—very friendly, talkative, and knowledgeable. His English was excellent. A great way to get to know the city in a short time.

Amazing and challenging hike
The Almaty hiking tour was amazing, and Ote is an incredible guide. He does a great job catering the tour to your interest and ability level. The hike itself was challenging and very rewarding. Although we didn’t make it to the alpine lake, we enjoyed the views along the way. Weather in the Almaty mountains can be a bit unpredictable, so be prepared for rainstorms/hailstorms. Ote was incredibly supportive and ensured that we got down the mountain safely despite the inclement weather. This tour is a great way to see some of Almaty’s natural beauty, and I ’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

A fantastic tour
I highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed everything about it: the singing, the horse show, the food, the guides, the explanations of the Huns lifestyle. All top class. You can even ride the horses and try archery if you like. One of my favorite tours I've ever been on.

A fulsome day with Yernar.
Having read of trips cancelled at the last minute and a different booking of our own already fallen through, I was delighted to hear from Yernar the evening before our trip.
He is naturally professional, friendly and very considerate.
My husband and I are here on holiday but our son is here for a few months to improve his Russian. We booked a personal tour to get the maximum out of our time.
As we travelled around in his car, Yernar was happy and able to share his knowledge for the tour. More than that.... it was all the other conversations throughout the day that enriched our trip with a deeper understanding. I appreciate learning about different cultures and lifestyles and Yernar was generous in sharing and exploring values and traditions.
It is a long day and I was glad that Yernar was happy to point us in the right direction at two of the stops to give himself a break from the focus of the long drives. Don't let the idea of long drives put you off - we had great conversations and views (and some rest ourselves!)
The real adventure part is getting to Kaindy Lake. it is not for the fainthearted but we absolutely loved it - the journey and the destination. Kaindy Lake has been at the top of my list in planning and I would go back in a heartbeat.
We were always on the look out for wildlife and was glad to have our monocular with us to enjoy the eagles and the views.
We had plenty of comfort stops throughout the day and our stop for dinner was a treat. The delicious food was beautifully presented.
We're enjoyed our day and highly recommend this trip and wish Yernar and his family all the very best for the future.
