Great experience
The tour operator was great at communicating with us. Our driver was Imran and I would highly recommend him. He suggested we leave half hr early to miss the peak traffic which was a great idea as we also missed the tour buses rush. He was very calm and pleasant natured. Not only was he a great driver but also acted as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we traveled to and helped with ticket purchases where needed. The restaurant he recommended had amazing food. We had a great experience overall. You can’t do everything in one day so pick 4-5 different places and do them well.

Mt Fuji isn't close and...
Mt Fuji isn't close and we had a decent bus ride - however our guide planned each stop with enough time and they offered a lunch option which was great- we placed our order and paid so when the bus arrived our table and food was ready! That was great because Otherwise we would've used too much time. Our guide was knowledgeable and got us to all the key spots- and best of all the clouds cleared and we could see Mt Fuji!

Enjoyable day out
This was our first full day in Japan of a 10 day trip and it didn’t disappoint. It was a rainy day, and do being able to visit and see multiple locations around the lake via the minibus was fantastic. Our guide, Yuu Naka was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. She explained that Fuji is difficult to see on rainy days but also on very sunny days as the haze falls by midday. We did however catch a glimpse of Fuji from the coach thanks to Yuu pointing it out and we saw the base of Fuji from the top of the 5 pagodas. Overall, the trip was a great day out and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Rainy Mount Fuji
Faiq was an exceptional guide and driver. We visited Mount Fuji on a rainy and overcast day. From the observation deck Mount Fuji was obscured by cloud. Faiq contacted friends who informed him of possible sites to see glimpse of Mount Fuji which were somewhat successful. The remaining portions of the tour were informative and interesting to visit. Even though we were dealing with rain for most of the day I feel we got value for our money.
