We loved that we could customize our trip. We ended up hiking up a trail to see Mount Fuji without being surrounded by so many tourists. Our driver Rana dropped us off at the trail head and was waiting for us upon our return 3 hours later. Hiking was not part of the suggested itinerary yet he accommodated us. Great day and perfect views of Mt. Fuji all along the trail.

We had a seamless day thanks to John! He picked us up early so we were able to beat the crowd. We got to the pagoda before it got busy. Then he took us to three different lakes where no tour bus can go. We literally had the place all to ourselves with perfect views of Mt Fuji. He also took us to ‘tourist traps’ just to make sure we don’t miss out on anything. We had the soft serve ice cream and beautiful views of the gardens and the perfect blooms of cherry blossoms. He took us to an authentic Japanese place for lunch. John made our day memorable and easy. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of the town and his daily trips to Mt Fuji. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had a group of 6. Pradhan, our driver, was exceptional!! He communicated via WhatsApp prior to the trip, and during the trip, he pointed out best photo spots and had no problem taking pics for us. The whole trip was beautiful, even though it was a cloudy day. On the fun boat ride, the clouds cleared, and there was Mt Fuji!!! So don’t worry about the weather!! A must do trip!!!!!

This tour was amazing! Rashid did a great job ensuring we were comfortable and that we visited all the places we desired. I took my mother who couldn’t do a lot of walking, Rashid took the time to sit with her and walk with her a bit while we went ahead. He wanted to make sure she had a great experience too! This made her day. Highly recommend this tour. Skip the big touristy bus operators and travel to Mt. Fuji in style like a VIP!

This tour exceeded our expectations. We were very lucky to have a clear day and we saw Mt Fuji from so many places. The speedboat was a surprise and a lot of fun. The sushi lunch was great too and we ended the tour ant ann outlet mall with clear views of Mt Fuji. Our guide was Usman and he made the day a lot of fun! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great day outside of Tokyo!

Our day didn’t start as planned—but it turned into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. We had booked a tour well in advance with another company, only to be left waiting at 7:00 AM with no driver and no communication. After that disappointment, we quickly pivoted and booked a last-minute tour through Viator. We visited Lake Kawaguchiko, explored the serene Fujisan Hongū Sengen Taisha—surrounded by towering trees said to be over 700 years old—and even had time to stop, relax, and enjoy some food and drinks along the way. At every step, he ensured we were comfortable and fully engaged in the experience. By the end of the day, he had safely returned us to our hotel, and what started as a frustrating morning turned into an unforgettable tour. We are planners by nature, so when things fall apart, it’s not easy—but the way this experience was turned around meant a lot to us. Had a great time. Maiku was a fabulous tour guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the day a lot of fun and was even able to fit in an unscheduled visit to a Sake tasting to finish the day off. Be prepared for a lot of steps at the beginning of the tour. Wear comfortable shoes and layers as we ran into cold weather, rain, and then sunshine. Highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to Japan.

Our guide, Sunny, took us on the best tour through multiple areas around Mt Fuji. Lake Kawaguchi, Oishi Park, a special Pagoda and shrine, plus a delicious lunch near Oshino Hakkai; we were able to see Mt Fuji very clearly and were given top tier suggestions for food, shopping, and picture opportunities.
