Tac was our tour guide and he was passionate about food and history of Bangkok’s Chinatown. The tour was extremely well organised especially with King who went ahead to make sure we arrive at every stop with minimum fuss and queue. Awesome Bangkok half day tour

We had an incredible experience visiting the floating and train markets with Toto! From start to finish, the tour ran so smoothly, and Toto was an exceptional guide who made the whole day enjoyable, informative, and stress-free. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Bangkok. I highly recommend doing the 6:30 a.m. departure — you beat a lot of the crowds and still get back into Bangkok at a reasonable time to enjoy your afternoon. The markets are not too far out, making it the perfect day trip. Toto is truly a five-star host and tour leader. His knowledge, organisation, and friendly personality made the experience even more memorable. He is a huge asset to the company, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

The Tour Guide Pooh was “EXCELLENT”!

We would like to express are big thank you to Pooh our tour guide. Her English speaking was clear and understanding along with her wealth of knowledge on Thai history. She was friendly, personable, always displayed a positive attitude and made our tour experience a memorable one. Experience the floating markets on a canoe boat and ride the train through the markets. Best time to do this tour is early morning first availability so you do not get caught in heavy traffic into later morning. We highly recommend Tour Guide Pooh and this tour to all. Pooh is a great asset to her team and her Company. Thank you very much Pooh and see you again on another tour with other family members and friends. Be sure to tip the Guides and they work hard to make your tour enjoyable and memorable one.

The best tour

I have been many places and on similar island tours overseas, this was by far one of the best i’ve ever been on! the staff were amazing and so friendly. we got fresh fruit and continuously handing out food and water. we got the premium package which we highly recommend. the photographer took so many photos as well as underwater. which was hard on my phone and would’ve been annoyed if we didn’t get any as we saw so many amazing animals. we got a fully private van there and back, and a massive selection of food away from other people. Highly recommend, if i ever came back i would definitely book with them again!

Made it so easy to...

Made it so easy to navigate through BKK. We had a late arrival of midnight and our gal was waiting for us and hustled to get us through customs as quickly as possible. She even flagged our hotel shuttle down and asked them to wait 15 minutes so we wouldn’t have to wait for the next one. Great service would definitely recommend!

Worth the money

Our rep was waiting with us as soon as we got out the tunnel with a clearly marked sign. He took us straight past a HUGE queue and we had cleared immigration within 3 mins. It is quite sn expensive service, but definitely worth it after 15hrs of travelling. Our rep was polite, professional and helpful. He then took us out straight to our pre booked taxi and loaded our luggage for us. A lovely young man. Excellent service.

Treat yourself to this luxury cruise.

Pick up to drop off at the hotel was better than expected. The moment we stepped on the catamaran, we were greeted with a beautiful ice cold beverage and were spoiled by the crew throughout the cruise right till the end. Both lunch and dinner was tasty with a good selection. They even provided towels, slide and water toys. So much nicer than the cattle herding type experiences with other boat tours. Well worth the extra expense.

Great intro to Bangkok

Great introduction to Bangkok! Our super knowledgeable guide Noon went above and beyond to make it fun but culturally informative. Our driver was top notch too providing us with cold water throughout the evening and even cool cloths for comfort. Enjoyed the great street food and BEST mango with sticky rice to top the evening off! Definitely would recommend this private tour.

All inclusive, real elephant sanctuary

Excellent choice if you want a real elephant sanctuary. No bathing the elephants or rubbing mud on them which stresses the elephants. Came with a yummy lunch over looking the river with elephants roaming on the other bank. The river rafting was very calm and peaceful with lots of birds singing and fauna. This tour also takes you to the sticking waterfalls. I appreciated that this tour included all the entrance fees toto the various parks and Paul or tor guide was great. He took pictures of us and shared. Great guide!

Excellent experience

A very kind and welcoming person greeted me as I stepped off the plane. We walked together to immigration, where an officer checked my passport and spoke to me with genuine warmth. For the first time in 14 years, I truly felt welcome. From the plane to the baggage claim, the whole process took less than 10 minutes.

Very well organised .It had been raining so we were given a table inside The food was very good we dont eat shellfish and there were so many types to choose for others There was a vegetarian station Halal European food .There was a soft icecream machine on the 1st floor .I booked this cruise for the entertainment .But after dinner we sat outside upstairs for the pleasant ride and missed it all .The staff were super friendly and no one pushed drinks onto us .water was served all evening .My husband didnt want to go on this tourist only boat trip .But he had no complaints a very nice evening
