We were traveling with three young children (ages 5, 4, and 2), and despite the summer heat and a few cranky toddler moments, he was endlessly patient, kind, and so great with our girls. He took his time, found creative ways to keep them engaged, and worked hard to capture both beautiful family portraits and individual shots of each of us. The photos are memories we’ll cherish forever. What a fun tour Andrea was our guide and photographer He was charming and friendly and very flexible with where we went ,how long we stayed and nothing was too much trouble It was the highlight of our Rome stay ( we have visited many times before and done the boring tourist tours ) This was fun ! Great tour Guide / Viatour needs a sign

Our Guide Mario was fantastic. He is Italian and spoke perfect Portuguese. Very knowledgeable of history and the meaning of everything! On Viatour it is not explained that we will meet 3rd party guides so it was challenging to find where to go as there is no VIATOUR sign where the guides are. And since it is a thee party, a lot of them had not idea what Viatour was.

Meeting at Piazza di Trevi at 6:30am felt early, but the moment we arrived and saw the fountain completely empty of crowds, we knew it was absolutely worth it. Our photographer Sara was nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment she greeted us, her warmth, energy, and professionalism put us completely at ease. She had such a natural talent for directing us without it ever feeling forced or awkward — she just had this amazing ability to capture genuine, candid moments while also knowing exactly how to pose us for the most stunning shots.
