Clean, courteous, and knowledgeable
The whole experience was well organized. The driver was friendly and courteous, and the tour guide were very knowledgeable. The bus was clean, and the driver gave us an overview of the drive time and each stop every time we boarded the bus. I highly recommend.

Got what we paid for
We both thought the trip was well organised from the moment we booked to the time being dropped off.
The meeting time was accurate, bus clean , cool and comfortable.
The host that took us around ( sorry can't remember his name ) was very clear with his delivery and interesting to listen to.
Even though the trip is very sad and thought provoking I am pleased we booked the trip we did.

Excellent Tour
The tour guide is very knowledgeable. Be prepared for a lot of walking, especially at Birkenau. Wish we had more time for a leisurely lunch and time to visit the bookstore there. I’m still astonished at the magnitude of the atrocities that took place at Auschwitz and Birkenau. Loved the guide mentioning that the Bible needs an eleventh commandment, “Don’t be indifferent”.

Great experience
The experience with this company was great. We had good and frequent communication pre trip about timings, what to expect etc. Our driver Daniel was great- really helpful, always smiling, and made the logistics simple. Our tour guide at Auschwitz was brilliant- sensitive, informative and a lovely human. I'd really recommend this tour and this company.

Great tour, wanted more time.
We really enjoyed this excursion. The mine is amazing, a must see! Once you enter the mine, you will be underground for a long time. There are a lot of stairs, and our watch says we walked 4.9 miles. Our excursion was listed as 4 hours. We did not have enough time to do the mine tour, and the museum tour. I would have liked the excursion to be longer so we could have had more time in the mine or to explore the town. You will either exit the mine close to where you entered the mine or across town. You don’t have any chose in where you exit. You line up to exit, and depending on what elevator is assigned to your group that is where you go. This added a lot of time to our tour that was just walking to the elevator, and then trying to find our way back to the parking lot to meet our group. We had about 15 minutes to grab something to eat and get back to the car.

Incredible tour!!
Absolutely incredible tour from start to finish. The tour guides are insanely knowledgeable and took their time to do the stories justice. Auschwitz was incredibly sad as expected and hard to reflect back on what innocent people had to endure. On a more positive note the salt mine was fantastic and well organised. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough

Highly recommend
What a fantastic day! Despite the rainy weather, we had a spectacular time exploring Zakopane. Our guide, Fabian, was knowledgeable and helpful with lots of local knowledge and recommendations shared. The restaurant he directed us to didn't disappoint!
The baths were a super way to end the day, despite how very busy they were.
This was the perfect way to end our Krakow visit and we would highly recommend it to others.

A must to do while in Krakow!
I have claustrophobia, that's why I'm afraid to do it, but my second mind says that it's one of the best experiences I've had while in Krakow, Poland, and it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since I'm with my husband, I decided why not give it a try, and I didn't regret it. I really enjoyed the tour, and our guide is so funny, so I didn't feel uncomfortable during the whole tour. I'm so glad I decided to do it, because it's a unique experience, and the history of the mines is incredible, especially how difficult the miners have been to get through before without the help of machines. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Krakow take this salt mine tour, you'll love it. I really appreciate our guide for such an incredible tour!

It's a long and tiring...
It's a long and tiring tour (about 20k steps recorded) but we already know this. We did salt mine first then Auschwitz-Birkenau. Good tour arrangement, our driver Piotr is very friendly. We had around 18 pax in the minibus, tour at both places will be joined by other groups with professional tour guides.

Great tour, would go back
Overall experience was great, bus arrived on time, great communication via WhatsApp and the Viator app. Journey time to Auschwitz was reasonable, was warm early in the morning but bus had a small flow of air con available which took the edge off.
The guides from start to finish were great, very helpful and informative.
The only downside is we felt a little rushed around the first part of the tour, this may have been because the tour guide following behind us was right on our tail every step of the way not giving much time for us tourists to view what was on display. Our guide did cram a lot of information as best as they could given the situation but we would have liked more time to take in everything in the room had to offer.
We will go back but likely on our own to roam the grounds at our own leisure, we weren't aware that we could have gone back later in the afternoon to roam freely as we would have done this so if you are reading this I would recommend getting a mid afternoon tour then after Birkenau 2, get the shuttle bus back to Birkenau 1 to have more time on your own or you could walk back as it's not that far.
Overall, I would recommend the tour.

Relaxing day in Zakopane-nice break!
Great experience and our guide, Gabriel, we excellent. He gave us background information on the area and kept us on schedule so we could enjoy all the stops. The view from the mountain was amazing and we had a nice coffee and waffle. The thermal springs were wonderful-so very clean, many options for enjoying the water and very well managed. Nice lockers and dressing rooms. We had a little snack there - which was good-especially the sauerkraut soup!

Important to remember history
Its such an important cultural experience to see. The tour was so well organised. Friendly. Great travel. So much to learn and see.
The tour guide was very friendly but she felt nervous and her timing wasn't perfect at certain times. She was knowledgeable and took time for questions.
The pacing felt fast at times but theres so much to understand. The summary at the end felt very powerful to hear.
