3 hours goes very quickly, enjoy each second, maybe take 2 towels as we visited in the evening and therefore towels were very cold. Our guide Michael was just fabulous, very personable and provided a lot of information about krakow on the journey there.

Walk through the shower room to get to pools it took a lot of us about half hour to find this out even after asking staff apart from this was a great time

The thermal baths are fantastic and well worth the two hour trip to get there. Lots of different pools and experiences and a swim up bar outside. It was quite busy, but that was expected and didn’t detract from our enjoyment. The changing facilities were clean and the wrist band system works very well for food and drink purchases. Restaurant food was great. Cocktails seemed a little watered down but were still fun. Service very slow at the swim up bar, long queues all evening.
The pick up point is a bit busy/chaotic with many people and excursion buses and it isn’t easy to work out which bus you should get on. The minibuses are modern and comfortable, but the heating was turned up so high it was unbearable.The driver didn’t seem to understand any English and wouldn’t turn it down, however hard people tried to explain and ask for it to be turned down or some air to be allowed in. Everyone was sweating and extremely uncomfortable.

Baths were amazing! Long drive there but awesome place to be. Driver was great, was a small van with a small group. Make sure you explore all of the thermal baths to not miss anything

Would go again but not at that time it took 3 hours to get there due to rush hour traffic. Our driver Michael was fabulous.
Nothing was to much trouble,explained everything before we got there loads of information made the trip for us. Baths were ok, unfortunately been to better.

Our favourite part was the super baths. Loved the concept of the whirlpool we found really amusing. Food was nice, enjoyed the apple crepe. View Looked lovely as the sun came down .

The drive to the thermal baths was quite long (about 2 hours), but once we arrived, we were given 3 hours to use the facilities. The baths are absolutely stunning. My favourite part, was the outdoor party, complete with a bar & a dj. The vibes were insane & I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It would be nicer to have longer than 3 hours, but it is still plenty of time.
Our driver was a very nice man also.

Great facilities, very relaxing, very clean. Outdoor pool is amazing. We had some food, it was all clean, staff helpful. Was very nice to float in the pool and look up at the stars.

tareq was fabtastic, polite spoke good english and explained all of the evenings events in detail on the way there. he was flexible with pick up/departure time so that everyone could be most pleased with their evening. the baths themselves were awesome. busier than expected but there are lots of pools and things to do. thank you tareq

the facilities are great. the organization is very efficient. it is an experience worth trying. although we went on a public holiday (1/5) and to access the Jacuzi needed a bit of waiting, everything else was immediately accessible (maybe a bit of a queue for the water slides)
