What a great experience! And Maria shared some Polish secrets with us and we’re going home with some new updates for our dough recipe. Nice group size and lots of fun eating dinner with our new friends.

This is an excellent experience for travelers visiting Warsaw! The opportunity to actually make pierogi ourselves (and eat them) was SO much fun. We are excited to try making pierogi at home with all that we learned!

We had a single night in Warsaw after a few days in Krakow. This seemed different and thought it would be awesome to bring a skill home as a souvenir.
Directions were perfectly clear and we started promptly on time. The class size was good really good. I think it was scheduled for 10; but ended up being 8.
Daria did a short icebreaker then provided instructions on what to expect. She guided us through the process explaining the different types of fillings and techniques to make pierogi. She then demonstrated and coached us through as we followed. Once they were assembled she showed us how to prepare them. Once they were done she served us family style with the rest of the group. She also played a little guiding game with two liquors:)
The best part was the family style atmosphere. We were blessed to run into some other travelers who were going to visit Krakow. To us it felt like a family meal with some strangers from the other side of the world. So cool!
I highly recommend.

The class is set up for two people at each station; but I think she will allow singles. I have taken many cooking classes and I want to compliment the chef and her assistant. They are very thoughtful and organized. They provide clear instructions and circulate constantly to assist. They are very patient and professional. The entire facility is very clean; including the bathroom. They take pictures through the class and I was able to take my own pictures. After the hands on lesson and the demonstration on how to boil the perogi - we sit to enjoy a family style meal of the entire class's creations. In addition, there is a fun Polish liquor tasting at the end. I had more than enough to eat. I will make it a point to take more of her classes if I travel back to Warsaw in the future. The class was fun and engaging - and the chef and her assistant were charming. This was time and money well spent!

I recommend anyone traveling to Warsaw to do this class!! We had such an amazing experience. The restaurant was extremely clean, the class was very organized, and our chef taught us so much about polish history and we had so much fun making the pierogis! The people in our class were also quite friendly, which made the whole experience just that much better. After cooking, we sat down family style and ate our work together! The fillings were so yummy, but be advised: you all eat everyone’s work (so if you’re a germaphobe, this may not be for you). The liqueur tasting was also super fun and tasted so good! I’ve been traveling abroad for a few months now, and this has been the highlight of the whole trip.

This was great fun for the whole family. Ben did an amazing job teaching how to make pierogi and providing exceptional hospitality, humor and information about the food and traditions surrounding it. He went above and beyond by offering recommendations about things to see and do in town and answered endless questions from the entire group. This was a fun way to spend an evening in Warsaw and a delicious dinner with new people.

We signed up for the class as an early Mother's Day gift from my sister's children who are half-Polish and desperately miss their late Babcia's Cooking.
Patrycya gave us a little background history on pierogi and then instructed us in making four varieties of Poland's favourite dish.
The class was limited to a small number which enabled Patrycya to provide one on one instruction where necessary.
After the pierogi was made, we were rewarded for our efforts by eating the fruits of our labour. Delicious!
We can't wait to try our newly learned skills when we return to Australia.
Highly recommended. Thank you, Patrycya.

Do not leave Poland without learning how to make pierogi. This is the perfect class to learn. They are very well organized and give clear instructions and take you step by step through every part of the process. The best part? Before you leave, you get to eat what you made and they are the most delicious pierogi in Warsaw! The day after, you will receive pictures and Granny's pierogi recipe along with tips on what to see in Warsaw before you depart. I highly recommend!

Great opportunity to get an experience with Polish culture. Can tell owner has been doing a long time and occasionally she’s a little short in a stoic kind of way when she needed things to move along. Got plenty to eat. Plenty of time to enjoy your creations.
