The van they sent could only accomodate 5 guests with the tour guide. My wife and I were relegated to a small car with no guide and a driver who did not speak English.
We drove in silence and had no idea where we were nor what buildings or sites we were passing. Would not recommend this tour.

Please note that we use a variety of cars and vans for transfers from the port to the city, with capacities ranging from 2 to 22 passengers. Guide services are not provided during the transfers but are provided in the city where our guides meet guests, in full accordance with the “Additional Information” section of the tour description.
From time to time, we receive complaints from guests who had to share their port transfer with fellow cruise passengers as booking shared tour they expected a private one. However, this is the first complaint we have received in 20 years from a couple who were provided with a private transfer for two people. Some travelers can certainly be puzzling.
In any case, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the published tour description, inclusions, and itinerary instead of your personal assumptions

Sebastian gave us a lovely tour of Gdansk. The walking pace was perfect for our group. We could have used a little more free time at the end in Gdansk in order to actually enjoy lunch and shopping.

Most of the tour was good but we were supposed to have an hour in Old Gdansk and we only had a bit over a half hour - not enough to see much of anything.
