The day before the tour (by 7pm), after collecting all addresses from the other tour participants, you will receive the exact pickup time from your accommodation. Loved this experience from tasting smoked cheese and cherry drink to seeing the wooden houses in the village and visiting Zakopane to dipping in the thermal springs. A long day but so worth it. Monika was a brilliant guide and was very informative she made it a really good day
Our tour had a very relaxing schedule and a nice, small group size of 8. Stanley, our guide, was prompt with the hotel pickup. He was polite and attentive throughout the tour. However, we didn't get much information or storytelling while riding in the van, which left little opportunity to ask questions. The time spent at each location was reasonable, though the stops are mostly self-guided walks with just a few minutes of background introduction at the start.
We had a fantastic time and our tour guide David was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful day! I would highly recommend this tour!

Our guide and driver, Szymon, was a real professional, despite his youth. He was also very punctual, precise about the timing of each programme. I can truly recommend this tour to everyone

Amazing day trip with a great tour guide Dawid! Lots of time spent to explore Zakopane and lots of time for thermal baths too! Dawid was great and kept us informed of everything we were doing and told us a lot of history and stories of Poland and the places we visited. Would highly recommend!

It was amazing, and i will definitely be back! The driver was very informative and extremely friendly. Such a wholesome activity! Slept a good 40 winks on the way home too!

Dawid picked us up right at our door which we truly appreciated. He drove us to our first destination in Chocholow, a lovely little town known for their wooden houses. Next we stopped to taste some local cheese and vodka. Both were delicious. Then on to Zakopane to ride the funicular to the ski resort. The views were breathtaking. Our driver was very knowledgeable in explaining about all the areas. The thermal baths were amazing though they really weren’t what we had expected. The drive itself through this beautiful land was well worth visiting.

Excellent trip, expensive but could have spent longer at each venue. Driver David was very good, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Enjoyed the cheese and vodka stop, very interesting to see how the cheese was smoked and the vodka tasting was good too.
Zakopane was amazing, took the funicular up the mountain and had a wander around the various stalls selling local produce etc. Then had a lovely drink in the sunshine looking over the snow topped mountains. After leaving there we headed to the spa where the outside water temperature resembled a hot bath. Various indoor pools and jacuzzies and a great children's area too. Very organized set up, was able to hire towels and we were given a watch type wrist band that opened lockers, paid for food, drinks etc and the you pay on the way out. Wish we had longer, 2.5 hours not long enough.

What a great day out! All the family enjoyed the views and tour, the hot springs were great, you could enjoy a cocktail in the 40 degree pool with a snow covered mountain in the background!

The whole experience was an amazing day.
I had done this trip before and it was great then, however at the time, there was rain and Cloud and the view from Guberlowka wasn't great. But even after that recommended the trip to my wife and kids this, and it was the highlight of the Weekend. Jacob, our driver was excellent. He picked us up from the hotel and was friendly and Chatty. After about 80 mins we arrived at Chochlowka for a short 15 minute break, where we explored the church and taking in yhe views of the Old traditional houses.
From there, we we taken to Guberlowka mountain and given our cable car tickets. We were advised that we had 2½ hours to explore and take in the views ans the town at the bottom of the mountain which was perfect amount of time. The day was clear and sunny and the views are spectacular. Prices for food and drink at the top of the mountain and the town were very reasonable.
After the trip to the mountain. We were taken to the Thermal baths at Chicholowka and was given 2½ hours time In pools/baths.
The temperature was amazing and yhe views of the mountains were just as amazing.
The bottom pool had a pool bar too, which is always a bonus.
If you want an amazing day, where you can experience Tradition, Spectacular views and also relax then this is the trip for you.

Fab day out, Your guide Julia was brilliant friendly & very knowledgeable about Zakopane & other stops. She also advised places to go & see while in krakow. The spring spa was brilliant nice & hot on a cold winters day... Going was good as there were a few stops on the way & the cheese & vodka went down well 😁

The trip was fantastic from start to finish! We were picked up outside our hotel by the fantastic Mario, the van was heated (needed in the cold weather) and he was super informative and had great English! - the highlight of the trip for me personally was the thermal springs, getting to relax after a busy few days exploring Krakow was fantastic and well needed. Chocholow, cheese tasting, the funicular up and down Gubalowka and free time exploring Zakopane were great additions to the trip, with us enjoying Mario’s suggestions of restaurants and bars! It was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I LOVED this tour. Our guide Daniel was absolutely fantastic - he kept us on schedule, minimal waiting around and answered a lot of my questions about Poland on the bus ride and all around, just a really nice human. He is such an asset to this company.
I loved exploring Zakopane and could've spent more time there but understand it is already a really long day. I really enjoyed finishing the day off with the Thermal Spa - it was perfect and so relaxing.

This was recommended and it did not dissapoint, our guide Mike suggested we switch the plan around and start with cable cars we walked straight on and wasnt too over crowded that was the best decision, just a few hours later the ques were extreamly long! Zakopane village was lovely, we enjoyed the shopping at the little market very reasonable could have bought loads. We stopped off for some smoked cheese and vodka shot and again thouroughly enjoyed, wasnt too particular for the wooden village but we seen it. Last stop was the hot springs, adults area was great not too busy the family areas were chock a block so glad we didnt have the kids. Mike gave us lots of infortmation along the trip, and knew what he was talking about and was very happy to answer any questions...Thanks again Mike 10 / 10 👍 our 1st trip to Krakow and we will definately be back

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Tomek our guide was absolutely incredible and really made the trip for us! We really appreciated the pick up and drop off times and the well planned itinerary! Highly recommend! Also highly recommended Tomek! Best guide we have ever had!
