- Each tour is limited to a maximum of 30 participants, in accordance with the limits set by the museum.
- Please note that the meeting point is not located on the Wawel Hill, but at the location indicated on your voucher.
- A dress code applies for places of worship and selected museums: shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed; both men and women must cover knees and shoulders.

The tour is one of the most important ones, still the guide was not Polish, O believe he was Dutch. He talked about all kings, which for non Polish visitor is hard ro fallow. There was no logic or order therefore after a while it was simply hard to understand what is he talking about. He did not mention small interesting anecdotes about them or Polish history. For 2 hours a lot of information delivered professionally but boring as he'll for people, who has no idea about Polish past. I visited multiple times the Royal Castle in Krakow, this one was the worst one.

One of the best historical tours I’ve taken with Viator. My guide (Helen) was an expert on Wawel Castle. She brought the history to life.

We went to the meeting place and didn’t see the tour guide. At a minimum someone should be there early with a sign so the guest know exactly where to find the tour guide. This was a waste of money and didn’t get to go to the castle or cathedral.

However, we would like to clarify that our coordinators and the guide were at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start, holding signs and actively waiting for guests. They also attempted to call and locate you, but unfortunately were unable to find you at the time of departure.
Please note that tickets are issued for a specific time slot, and the group cannot wait longer than the scheduled departure time, as this would risk the tickets expiring and affecting the entire group experience. For this reason, it was not possible to join the tour later.
We are very sorry you missed the experience and hope we may have another opportunity to welcome you in the future.

Not everyone is familiar with Polish history, but you will get a comprehensive crash course during this tour! What an educational and inspiring tour, tying in political history during the castle portion and then revealing all the famous political figures entombed in the crypt of the adjoining cathedral. Our guide Helena was an academic and a historian...an honor to have her as our guide!

The meeting point at the bottom of the hill seemed a bit far away at first, but turned out to be the best place to meet.
This tour happened to have the best guide on Poland.

The guide was obviously very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff.
However, I can't give it 5 stars as he spoke far too quietly and fast so was very hard to pick up certain words. A microphone and headset could vastly improve this tour.
Also one last little point. We finished with a tour of the cathedral, and when we were done he took us outside. As we wanted to climb the tower of the cathedral we then had to pay to go back in. He could just have ended the tour in the entrance of the cathedral and it would have saved us some messing around

The things we saw were interesting but the tour guide talked fast making it hard at times to catch all of the information and you almost had to interrupt her to get a question in.

We love our tour with tour guide Ana. Tour was very well presented and Ana kept everyone engaged and we spent the right amount of time looking at all the exhibits. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the pace was just right. Ana provided a massive amount of information and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Unfortunately not the best tour I've ever been on. Lots of dates and details of Kings and Queens which I had no interest in. But major failing, not allowing for people wearing hearing aids, I became unwell and what would have happened if the situation got worse? Luckily it didn't if it had the end result is either I'm unconscious or certainly not able to walk or even stand up.
The plus points the lady knew a lot about what she had interest in but isn't a good guide should be able to adapt to their audience. This is my view only and would I recommend the tour very likely no based upon my experience.
So overall not the best I've ever done.

We never got to visit, we had an early tour booked which was running over, I contacted the company straight away to ask if we could adjust the time, but they couldn’t, they offered the day after but we were leaving krakow that day, I advised we would have to cancel and so asked if it would be possible to refund, they refused so I again asked if they could partial refund as it wasn’t our fault and they didn’t even respond, lack of customer service and care is appalling and a complete waste of money, booking was for 7 people, do to loose it all with no compensation is just awful, will not be booking again

Our staff did offer an alternative date, but unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund outside of this timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please allow me to clarify that we carefully select our guides to ensure the best quality service and to meet the expectations of our guests. However, the tours have a set duration, which means there is limited time to spend at each exhibit as one might when visiting individually.
The guide is responsible for the entire group, and they would certainly not leave any guests behind. In order to maintain a smooth pace for the whole group, the guide must keep up with the schedule to fit within the allotted time.
The guide's task is to deliver as much content as possible in just 2 hours, which can be challenging. Sometimes certain information may seem less relevant, but rest assured, the tour is carefully structured to provide a coherent and complete experience.
We hope that despite these challenges, we will have the opportunity to welcome you again for a more enjoyable visit in the future.
