Great tour. We were in a bus to get to the different locations and walked at the park and other areas and Old Town. Our tour guide, Chris, was fantastic. He’s been at it for 28 years so he’s very skilled and knowledgeable. He was born and raised in Warsaw.

Our tour guide was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell how passionate he was and he answered all questions! The bus was so nice and the driver did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

Decent way to see some of the highlights of Warsaw, especially if you are short on time or your hotel is a bit farther out. I would have preferred a bit more time in old town to grab a snack or something but the tour was fine.

This tour was very interesting and informative. Chris was very knowledgeable about Warsaws history and we saw many beautiful and interesting sites on the tour. We were provided drinks and had the option of staying in town or being dropped at our hotel when the tour was over.

Alice, our guide, was amazing. She included some surprises- things not in the itinerary and some quizzes which livened up the conversation/ experience. She was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and seemed passionate about her work. This was a great way to get an overview of Warsaw history. She made some recommendations as well which were great. A very informative and professional tour.
The narrative of Monument f heros of Ghettos and oldcity history was so true to facts and informstive.
The warsaw city tours were very supportive and well guided us for making the best of 5 hrs from our flght landing time to reaching back airport.
Ms Dorothy closing monitored our live location and ensure we are with group well in time.
Her guidance and support of her team is truly appreciable and carries long lasting memories of good times at Warsaw. We shall surely like to recommend them for all tours in Warsaw to all visiting, definately for first time and again in all visits.

This tour was a great introduction to the beautiful and multifaceted city of Warsaw. The guide was incredibly kind and informative, pointing out several notable buildings and sites as we drove, and providing incredible history and perspective on Warsaw and Poland more broadly at every stop. It was a tour that did not shy away from the incredible highs nor the incredible lows of Warsaw’s complex history.

I had booked a tour for monday 10 am, and on sunday evening, i wrote them to ask about meeting time next day.
They instead responded on monday 7 am that i am the only person who registered and they would wait until 9:30 to decide to cancel or not, based in the fact if someone else would register. I wrote them multiple times to get a confirmation as i needed to use the day on my own, and they did not respond anymore, until it was almost 9:30-10. They let me hanging without any response, until Viator support confirmed it was cancelled.
Very irresponsible agency, minimum required number of people was 7, so if i was the only registered person, u definetely know that and can inform me earlier, not on the same morning that we are supposed to start the guide. Luckily i woke up early and saw their message early, otherwise i would learn abt this only before the meeting.

I’ve never met a more passionate human as my tour guide was! He knew every date & detail about Warsaw, it was very clear how much he loves what he does. Tour was incredible & historical info provided was superb. Beware traveling in winter though, you may be the only one on the tour! The company gave me the only options of cancelling or paying more for a “private tour”. Still was worth it!

The tour was absolutely amazing! Leonidas was a fantastic guide—extremely knowledgeable and passionate about history, and deeply proud of his country. We learned so much about Polish culture, which made us admire the Polish people for their remarkable achievements and their resilience in rebuilding and revitalizing their nation. It was an interesting and enjoyable tour. It would have been better if the tour guide held a flag to better alert people in the direction he was going. It was very crowded in the old town and I somehow lost the group toward the end. Too much time was spent in the park. Although interesting, less time should have been spent in the park. The tour guide was passionate and clearly proud of Warsaw. But, he walked too fast and should have carried a flag while walking in the crowded old town. I recommend eliminating going over the bridge to Prag.

Unbelievable tour! George was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond with any questions or requests. We had plenty of time to rest our legs with a spotless mini van collecting us from each point along the way. Probably one of the best walking tours of a city I’ve done.
