An extremely moving experience but well worth doing thanks to the excellent guide . It really brings it home to you the atrocities that Jewish people suffered and how brutal their captors were.
Jonathan_B, Apr 2026
Fantastic experience. Max picked us up from our hotel, was super courteous and respectful the whole time. He answered any question that came up, and made sure it was a great experience for everyone. The tour guide throughout the experience was great as well.
Teagan_B, Apr 2026
English tour guide was amazing, Didn’t rush about any of the rooms and went into the most detail about each room aswell.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated the detailed explanations and pace — it’s important to us that our guests have the time and space to fully take in each part of the experience.
We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Really helpful and convenient way to get the most out of the visit. Took care of so much planning so the only thing to think about was the experience
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank You so much for this review, we are happy that could organise everything for You so You can experience a visit in the musem
Kamila_J, Apr 2026
The driver was 10 minutes late for our hotel pick up. The tour was very rushed, there was absolutely no time for reflection, for stopping for a while and reading some information on the boards. Tour guide was repeating herself over and over again, often telling us to watch some WW2 movies for more details … I mean, we paid her to give us insight into the history…
The general, final feeling was, that this whole place is just booming business instead of memorial place of what happened 80 years ago, they were definitely trying to squeeze in as many people as possible to maximize profits… kind of sad thing in my opinion.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to describe your experience.
Regarding the pickup, the driver was not late. The pickup times we provide are always approximate, as each driver typically has around 3–4 different stops. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on how smoothly the earlier pickups go and overall traffic conditions.
As for the duration of the visit, the tour follows the official schedule set by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, which allocates approximately 3.5 hours to cover both Auschwitz I and Birkenau. This timeframe is determined by the museum itself and applies to all guided tours.
Please also note that all guides are licensed professionals provided directly by the museum. While we understand your concerns, their guiding style and pace are outside of our control as an external company.
Due to the very high demand to visit this important historical site, the museum does its best to accommodate as many visitors as possible each day. However, this does not affect the historical significance or the quality of the content presented during the tour.
We are sorry to hear that the experience felt rushed for you, and we truly value your feedback as it helps us improve our service and communication.
Dave_L, Apr 2026
I don’t recommend this. Their hand picked guide was equally uninteresting and uninterested. Her discussions were cursory and repetitive. Tickets to auschwitz are free. So essentially the steep price you pay is for a ride to and from. My recommendation: pick a different tour. Or get tickets, arrange transportation and possibly arrange your own personal guide.
As a separate matter, the tour offers a minimal sandwich lunch. Cost is 15 euros. We did not have cash, and when we said we would give them the money when they dropped us off at our hotel, they refused. And when I said we would run over to the adjacent food stand, they said no because they wouldn’t wait for us.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
We’re very sorry to read your review and honestly quite saddened by it, as it does not reflect the experience we strive to provide.
First of all, our guides are officially licensed educators from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. They are highly qualified professionals, and their work is strictly regulated by the museum itself. We understand that guiding styles can differ, but describing the tour as “uninterested” is very surprising to us given the consistent positive feedback we receive.
Regarding tickets – entry to Auschwitz is only free if you visit individually without a guide. Standard guided tour tickets (booked in advance through official channels) cost around €40 per person. Our tour includes not only transportation but also organized entry, licensed guiding, and full logistical coordination, which many visitors find valuable and convenient.
As for the lunch – we must strongly disagree with your statement. The lunch set includes more than just a sandwich, and all items are clearly listed in advance. We also clearly inform all guests beforehand that payment for lunch is cash only, so guests can come prepared. Many of our customers are very satisfied with this option.
We do our best to accommodate our schedule for all guests, but unfortunately we cannot delay the entire group or itinerary for individual requests such as additional stops.
We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, compared to the overwhelming majority of feedback we receive, we find your review to be unfair and not an accurate representation of our services.

We had an excellent trip and I am so glad we did it. Driver was fantastic, communicating the night before and offering a lunch box. We booked late in the day and likely paid more than we should though.
Amanda_G, Apr 2026
Well organised. Good communication beforehand. Patrick the driver nice. Teresa the guide excellent. Recommend.
Stuart_B, Apr 2026
I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and the bus wasn’t bad at all. The guide was very sympathetic and knowledgeable, but I just wish we had had spent more time at the camps so that we could explore the individual exhibitions, which of which there are several. Some of the people like me come from flights that last over 16 hours and I don’t know when I’m gonna get to that part of Poland again… So I might never have the chance to see these exhibits And we sort of rushed through everything because we had to make it to the second part at Birkinau, abd it became dark when we were there so we also rushed through it as well. So I felt that in general, I was very rushed, and visiting these camps is not the kind of thing I’m gonna be able to do twice! So maybe later on in my life I’ll be able to go back and see all the exhibits but a lot of them are not permanent exhibits and I think they’re definitely worth seeing. So it will be not to have doors to leave so late in the afternoon. But I had actually booked a morning tour which was canceled and they changed it to the afternoon. So I think they should give people an option for maybe an hour extra at Auschwitz so that they can see the extra exhibits. We were rushed through the whole thing.
Dianne_H, Apr 2026
Great communication. We were picked up from our accommodation and on time. A packed lunch was offered which was good value. No waiting in queue when we got there. Overall a good experience.
Steven_B, Apr 2026
Everything was great from communication leading up to the pick up, being on time, very friendly and extremely well organised. Can’t fault a thing and special mention to our guide, Conrad who was really engaging and gave us so much information about the camps and history of the war.
shelley_f, Apr 2026
The trip to and from was flawless. Alex took great care of us from pick-up, drop-off, and getting us where we needed to be to enter the museum. He found us on our break to give us our lunch bag we pre-ordered and when we came back from the last stop. We never searched for him - he always magically appeared. I highly recommend this group for the tour.
Marcus_P, Apr 2026
It's a real shame that people felt the need to take photo's on smart phones every five seconds. There are hundreds of far better quality photos on line if you feel you need have them. Please be respectful of of where you are and what you see. Rap up warm! It was much colder than the weather report!
Michelle_M, Apr 2026
The whole experience with this company was fantastic from the start to the end
Constant message updates to reassure us we were all up to date with everything
Roderick_S, Apr 2026
Overall a very appropriate and informative tour for a difficult subject.
Max, our driver, was very friendly and helpful.
Meta_F, Apr 2026
There was nothing as accepted. I made reservation for small van, then I went to Auschwitz with huge group od tourists with huge bus. When we arrived there was no drop off, there were only three stops where you could go off the bus. Before the tour conntacted me a guide, a woman, but in real we have a men. This was massive tourist tour not worth it its money. By that I mean organization, not the place.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank You for Your review, but I really dont understand why it is 2 of 5, is this because the sex of guide was different ?
or it is because, transportation was in more comfortable car ?
Kristi_O, Apr 2026
Transport to and from was great. It definitely could have been a worthwhile experience, it is harrowing and emotional and is a great insight into the history, but unfortunately our experience was not great.
The tour itself is not very inclusive for those with mobility issues, we knew it would involve a lot of walking, and this was fine in Auschwitz 1, when we had audio guides and could move at a slower pace. However, in Birkenau we were not given audio guides and our tour guide refused to wait for my mother who struggles to walk at a fast pace. We missed all of the information. My mother was very embarrassed by this and ended up sitting out. I was very disappointed in how the tour guide behaved after paying the amount of money we did.
I understand everyone moves at a different pace and there is a time limit, but there should be a mobility friendly guide offered, not people who judge those who struggle.
I have put that I recommend, because ultimately I do, I just wish we’d had a guide who was more understanding. Two stars because it genuinely ruined our day and we ended up learning nothing in Birkenau.
Michelle_V, Apr 2026
Very interesting but sad tour, the guide was very good.
The driver was very friendly, pick up and drop off was great.
Sean_R, Apr 2026
We were picked up early with our driver damian lovely man, kept us in the loop of what was going to happen, drove us to Auschwitz, waited for the rest of our group, our guide wasn't there, so damian went to find out where she was, he came back to say she had slept in, when she eventually turned up she looked hungover, could hardly keep her eyes open, while on the tour she was hard to understand through the headphones, I asked her to speak slower, we then went off to birkenau this is where it went downhill, she started the tour, we went into one of the barracks where the power were kept, she then left it and we all started following her, assuming she was taking us to the next point, we were finding it hard to keep up with her she was almost jogging, one of the people in our group then said she had left and jumped on a bus and gone, this was absolutely shocking as we had followed her outside, therefore we weren't allowed back in, so we didnt see half of it, was very disappointing, we mentioned to our driver damian and he just shrugged his shoulders.
JR_B, Apr 2026
We ordered the trip a week ahead of time. We were told the afternoon before that they could not get tickets. I don’t understand the business model, but when we book the trip, they should buy us the tickets so they are reserved and ready to go, not try to get them the day before.
We did travel thousands of miles from the United States and no one should go to the area without seeing Auschwitz. I guess we are out of luck.
The tour guide was not helpful, even though I’m not sure there was a lot they could do.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for your review. However, we must clarify that your statement is not accurate.
You made the reservation for incorrect dates, and unfortunately, no one ever guaranteed that tickets would be available if you chose to travel on a different day than originally booked. Availability for this site is extremely limited and depends on official allocation systems beyond our control. Suggesting that tickets should simply be “bought in advance and held” reflects a misunderstanding of how the booking process works in this case.
We also want to address your comment about traveling “thousands of miles.” While we understand your disappointment, distance traveled does not create additional availability or priority access, and it certainly does not change the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
As for your remark about the guide — even you acknowledge there was little they could do. Our team did, in fact, make every reasonable effort to assist you within the constraints of the situation.
We regret that your plans did not work out, but responsibility here does not lie with our service.

It was cancelled, extremely disappointed ☹️, sent an email day before to book us next sat but we were travelling home
Response from Host, Mar 2026
I'm really disappointed with this review, I did all my best even hearing You screaming on me, I did offer You a tour the next day with drop off at the airport but You didn't want to participate also I gave to client full refund.
JOSE_C, Mar 2026
The experience at the camp was good, and everything there went very well. However, my experience with the agency was not satisfactory.
Two days before the visit, I received a message informing me that I could not attend the visit on the date and time I had booked, without any explanation. Instead, they offered the possibility to visit at 13:00 instead of the originally scheduled 7:00 visit. Unfortunately, this was not an option for me, as my entire trip to Poland and my return flight had been planned around completing the visit in the morning.
As a result, my only alternative was to bring the visit forward to the previous day. This caused significant disruption to my agenda and resulted in additional, unforeseen costs. In my opinion, changes of this nature should not occur with such short notice. This is simply unacceptable.
That said, I would like to note that the driver was kind and helpful.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank You, we always try our best to make tours happen for our customers, changes of time might happened from lack of guides in museum and flu season. it was 2 days before I can agree it is short notice, likely You could switch Your agenda and participate on a tour.
Thank You

Excellently organised, extremely helpful and friendly driver,
Tour guide was especially sensitive to the occasion.
Very moving visit , will stay with us for ever

Thank You for this review.
We are always try to make the best experience and felt friendly.
Shane_B, Mar 2026
The staff were extremely attentive, polite and knowledgeable, the early start proved to be a good idea as other groups were obviously in attendance, said groups being very big compared to our group of about 9 people so our experience was that much more personal.
A lot of walking so be prepared, basically walking for at least 5 hours but definitely worth it. Our driver also provided a packed lunch at short notice(offered at a small cost).
Leanne_F, Mar 2026
I booked this trip and was told pick up was 6am in the morning I went out at 6am to be told the transfer came at 05:45 then had to get a taxi to the museum. The booking service was rude on the chat and not nice book in krakow
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for your feedback.
According to our records, the scheduled pick-up time was around 6:00 AM. Our driver arrived on time and waited until 6:14 AM, which we can confirm with trip documentation. Unfortunately, as there were no passengers at the meeting point during that time, the driver had to continue the route because he had three additional pick-ups scheduled and needed to reach the museum on time. Waiting 20 minutes or more at each stop would make it impossible to arrive at the museum within the required entry time.
However, we did our best to assist you and informed you that if you arrived at the museum by taxi due to the later arrival (approximately 29 minutes after the pick-up time), we would still ensure that your tour continued as planned. As promised, we arranged for you to join the tour once you reached the location.
We are sorry to hear that you felt our chat communication was not satisfactory. This was certainly not our intention, and we always aim to help our guests as much as possible while managing tight schedules for shared transfers.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you were still able to enjoy the visit.
Peg_H, Feb 2026
A Very humbling, detailed and informative experience.
Heartbreaking however, a part of history that everyone should be aware of the atrocities that
indeed occurred .
Natasha_B, Feb 2026
Before booking- we went on the chat on the website to get a little more Information, which the were very helpful.
Great price.
Once booked I was contacted via what’s app on details and choice of lunch at an extra cost.
Driver arranged times and pick up which was right outside our hotel.
Smooth transition to destination and clean and luxury car.
Driver was helpful and talked us through everything.
Tour guide was fantastic and explained everything and made the tour smooth and helpful.
We got picked up at 5.45 and was home by 12.30. With a 3 hour tour.
Upon arriving we were given 15 mins for toilet and food in the cafe and the back to collect tickets from driver, which then we walked straight through security and started the tour.
Highly recommend using this company- always a worry of the unknown when booking on websites but it was very easy and the drivers were brilliant.

Early pickup and a Very moving experience, Auschwitz is the first part then about a ten minute drive to Birkenau,if you are coming to Krakow a place you must visit.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thanks for sharing me Your experience
jodie_p, Jan 2026
Booked last minute. Quite expensive which i was shocked about.
Tour guide was so lovely & very knowledgeable. I learnt so much from her.
Driver wasn't very pleasant, on the way home all he done was txt on his phone whilst driving. I was so close to telling him to stop but then he stopped.
If you can get free tickets & get the train I would 100% recommend it as you can take your time & go every where, But then if you can get it cheap enough with tour guide you will learn so much.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thank you for your kind review. We’re glad our friendly guide and driver helped make your visit meaningful despite the emotional history.
