Early bird gets the worm
I scheduled the tour for 0900 but was told we will be picked up at 0555 from Krakow. At first I didn't like that but we were among the first tours to get in and out made the experience much more enjoyable without any waiting and beating the crowds. We made it through both facilities and were back in Krakow at 1130 leaving us plenty of time to explore. I suggest getting the pack lunch from them as it was delicious and time is of the essence. The driver and tour guide were great very informative.

Not to be missed!
The tour was extremely well done. It was informative and highlighted the many atrocities that happened at the death camps, while making it seem real thru the written testimonials from survivors and pictures of those who died with the dates of their internment. We first toured Auschwitz and after a short break Birkenau. Despite the crowds, we moved quickly through the sites and each group had its own turn in the rooms visited so we got to see each display up close. We liked that we were picked up at our hotel and tcould purchase lunch boxes - it just simplified the trip so much. Highly recommend the tour company and experience.

The organisation of the...
The organisation of the day was well planned - Thomas is a great assest to the tour. The packed lunch was worth the 40pln as there is not many places to get food from. The price of this tour was a lot cheaper than other providers. We had a really enjoyable day and would recommend. It is a long day however better to do both in the day when not staying for long. Thanks again!

Don’t think twice, GO!
There is not a single word that can honour this experience, nor any words that give it the respect it needs. Anna, our translator, was amazing. Her knowledge was amazing and the passion and empathy she expressed when speaking was second to none. It was a very emotional day, but an experience I will keep in my memory forever.

A Solid Option!
I had a great time on this tour, even as a solo female traveler on a cold and rainy day. Obviously wish the weather was better for Zakopane, but honestly it was still beautiful. Bring cash as many of the small shops do not accept card.
The guide was amazingly kind and very knowledgeable! Communication from the company was clear. Pick up and drop off was smooth.

All good
Everything was good. At the place, an authorized guide take us. Advice: It’s a long time walking, so be prepared! It’s very crowd, a lot of groups and the tour Guide has a time to finish each group, you cannot take rest between walking or stop because you are not fit enough, some people is getting mad because the guides cannot wait

Bing Bong- What an experience
Bing Bong
Communication from start to finish was spot on — updates came through on WhatsApp regularly, so we always knew what was happening and when. Big shoutout to Simon, our tour guide, who deserves a medal (or at least a large vodka). Funny, informative, and somehow able to keep everyone organised even after several drinks!
The whole trip was fantastic, with great stops along the way. The vodka and cheese tasting was definitely a highlight… mainly because we somehow managed to get through 4 bottles of vodka between us. Safe to say everyone left that stop in very good spirits.
Zakopane mountain was absolutely stunning. We had around 2 hours there which gave us enough time to wander around the stalls, grab some food, and take in the breathtaking views. Plenty of little market stalls selling souvenirs and snacks, and most places accepted both cash and card — very handy when your wallet is as unsteady as your legs after the vodka tasting.
The final stop was the thermal baths, where we had about 2.5 hours to relax. It was busy, but not uncomfortably crowded. The outdoor pool bar was brilliant and reasonably priced too — 2 beers and 2 strawberry daiquiris came to 109 złoty, which you pay for when leaving. One thing to note though: the “adults only” quiet area wasn’t exactly adults only, as there were kids in there and the lifeguards didn’t seem too bothered. So if you’re expecting complete peace and silence, just keep that in mind.
Overall, an amazing day trip with great organisation, beautiful scenery, plenty of laughs, and enough vodka to make you think you can speak fluent Polish by the end of it.

Unmissable place
Went to the Wieliczka salt mine at the last minute dur to our Auschwitz tour being cancelled. We were not disappointed. Booking was a breeze, communication with the tour company was also good. Our driver Michal was a great guy, spoke fluent English and picked us up at the pick up location agreed. All in all highly recommend using this company

A long day but well worth it!
Excellently organised trip by Mr Shuttle. I received several texts beforehand advising & reminding me of the pick up time. We were picked up exactly on time & picked up a few others before transferring to another bus.
Our pick up time was 6.20am & our Aushwitz tour started at 8.40am. We arrived at Auschwitz about 30mins before the tour.
We were then handed over to our Auschwitz tour guide who was excellent. We were at Auschwitz for approx 2 hours before we were transferred to Birkenau where we had a 1 hour tour, with the same guide. Really interesting & sad tour.
After Birkenau, as we had opted for lunch included, we had our packed lunch which was excellent. Sandwich, salad bowl, chocolate biscuit & water.
We then had a 1.5hour drive to the Salt mines, and a 2 hour tour.
We returned to Krakow about 6pm.
A very long day but a great tour. As we are only in Krakow for 3 nights, we felt this was a great way to visit both Auschwitz & the salt mines.

A long but rewarding day,...
A long day, with excellent local guides and a great driver who worked hard to get us to our destinations on time, despite the inclement weather. The salt mines were a wonderful surprise, offering a lighter side to an insightful and sombre day of historical visits. The visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau are well organised, respectful and informative, and we were grateful for our excellent guide who helped us make sense of the historic horrors, and the context of these events. I was left moved, dispairing of the depravity of so many and quietly thoughtful about how to counteract ongoing hatred today. A must-do trip.

An amazing place
Picked up on time just around the corner from our hotel. Minibus with five other people. Driver, Matthew, was charming, helpful and informed us about everything we needed to know. Really glad we visited the Salt mine.... it was an amazing place. Yes, there are certainly a lot of steps and general walking but it was worth it. Much much busier than we ever anticipated. We had a group of 38 for the tour which was about the maximum so at times as we entered different sections we were pretty much squashed. Also there were many many schoolchildren and presumably because the tours are carried out more quickly so they do not get bored the groups kept catching up with each other and us with loudly spoken teachers drowning out our own guide..... who, incidentally, was brilliant. She was brilliant at imparting the history of the mine and kept us interested along with her jovial nature. We did find the walk to the outside after the tour finished exceedingly long for some tired legs. Enjoyed the trip very much but the crowds were a bit overwhelming.

Everything was great from communication leading up to the pick up, being on time, very friendly and extremely well organised. Can’t fault a thing and special mention to our guide, Conrad who was really engaging and gave us so much information about the camps and history of the war.
