An emotional and educational visit

This was a trip to help with my grandsons education, as he had studied the subject for his GCSE. He found the trip a moving and interesting experience. As he had previously visited the holocaust museum in the uk, he was prepared for the emotional and cruelty aspect and the historical memories. We both found the visit thoroughly rewarding and shocking, especially the physical size of the camps. Well worth the visit and the English speaking guide was excellent.

Our guide, Anna, was incredible; her deep knowledge, passion, and thoughtful way of sharing information made a lasting, positive impression. Michał was also a wonderful and reliable driver, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout the day. The packed lunch provided was great as well. Fantastic day

An excellent way of seeing Aushwchitz and the salt mine in one day. Which I believe are both unmissable things to do if you are in the area. It is a long day. We were picked up at 05:35 and dropped back off at around 17:00. But it was very well organised, the group wasn't that big and the guides were excellent. My only critique would be that the day could have been made shorter with less/shorter breaks i.e half a hour for lunch instead of 1 hour, but a fantastic day and we are very glad that we chose this tour

What a fantastic day! Despite the rainy weather, we had a spectacular time exploring Zakopane. Our guide, Fabian, was knowledgeable and helpful with lots of local knowledge and recommendations shared. The restaurant he directed us to didn't disappoint! The baths were a super way to end the day, despite how very busy they were. This was the perfect way to end our Krakow visit and we would highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic day

A truly amazing place and one of the highlights of our trip to Kraków. The salt mines are absolutely fascinating, with stunning chambers, intricate carvings, and so much history to discover. Our taxi driver was incredibly helpful and made the whole journey easy and stress-free. Once there, our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and shared the history in an engaging and informative way. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone travelling to Kraków. It’s a unique experience that is well worth seeing.

It's a long and tiring...

It's a long and tiring tour (about 20k steps recorded) but we already know this. We did salt mine first then Auschwitz-Birkenau. Good tour arrangement, our driver Piotr is very friendly. We had around 18 pax in the minibus, tour at both places will be joined by other groups with professional tour guides.

Everything about this trip was 5 star. Our driver Jacob was absolutely fantastic! Communication was brilliant, and we even got to stop on the way home on a viewing point to finish the day. I cannot say a bad thing, it was absolutely perfect and would highly recommend booking this. The cheese tasting was unbelievable - wow! This tour was perfect from start to finish, and because we had the private tour we were able to have some more flexibility. Important to remember history

Its such an important cultural experience to see. The tour was so well organised. Friendly. Great travel. So much to learn and see. The tour guide was very friendly but she felt nervous and her timing wasn't perfect at certain times. She was knowledgeable and took time for questions. The pacing felt fast at times but theres so much to understand. The summary at the end felt very powerful to hear.

A really well organised...

A really well organised trip to Auschwitz Birkenau last weekend. I was kept informed via Whatspp in the weeks leading up to the trip including an accurate pick up time and location on the edge of Krakow old town. On the day our driver Tomek was there to collect us and patiently transported us between the sites organising the entry upon arrival. This is the second time I've undertaken this trip, the museum guides deliver their information with detailed knowledge and deep empathy. A very positive experience, thank you to all involved.

Get this trip booked!

If you get chance to do this trip please do it. It's a full day trip but worth it. We went up into the mountains, tasted cheese and drank vodka. Went in a cable car to see magnificent views! And so much more! This trip was made so much better by our lovely guide, Milos, he was so informative and certainly knew his stuff! Such a lovely man and a credit to your company! Would not hesitate to book this again next time we come here
