The standard wine-tasting flight fee at DAOU Vineyards is US$50, which is pricier than some of the other Paso Robles wineries (and some other California wineries in general), but many locals and travelers say it’s definitely worth the cost.

Although the winery is known for its Bordeaux varietals, it also offers a few white wines.

DAOU Vineyards’ 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon received a 91 in Wine Enthusiast and is worth at least tasting while you’re there—if not purchasing, too.

The winery offers culinary pairings for purchase daily, as well as pizza on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
