What are people saying about Parma

Fantastic food tour in Parma
We had a wonderful time exploring Parma with Erica! She was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the food and culture of the area. The walking food tour was a highlight of our trip. We learned so much about Parmigiano Reggiano, ravioli, prosciutto, and the wonderful variety of cured meats that Parma is famous for. The tastings were excellent, and Erica did a great job explaining how the foods are made and what makes them special. What really made the experience memorable was Erica herself. She made the tour fun, relaxed, and very personal. We never felt rushed, and she shared insights that we would never have discovered on our own. We highly recommend Erica to anyone visiting Parma. Come hungry—you'll leave with a much greater appreciation for Parma's incredible food and some great memories as well!

Highly recommend! Very informative tour.
I learned so much about the making of this wonderful cheese. The prosciutto di Parma was delicious. I also learned alot about the making of balsamic vinegar. Our guide, Matteo, was excellent. He grew up in the area and had worked with the cheese. His father was a cheese master so he knew all the steps necessary. I highly recommend.

Parmiggiano Regiano and Prociutto Di Parma.
Was a great experience visiting both the Parmigiano Regiano cheese factory as well as the Prosciutto Di Parma factory . Our guide Fabiana has a lot of knowledge about both products. She showed extremely kind behavior answering all the questions and keeping the group motivated to learn and enjoy both experiences. I would be unfair on my evaluation if I wouldn’t mention Claudio. He is the owner and producer of the Prociutto di Parma factory visited. Very kind person and hard worker. An inspiration for all of us.

Don’t miss this tour
We did a cheese ham and balsamic food tour, with lunch, with Merika as our guild. She was knowledgeable and gave us the naughts into the history, manufacturing and culture of the food. We got to meet with owners of the different facilities and watch hands on processing.
