Advertised as an English tour we had Italians which meant she had to speak in 2 languages. Therefore spent a lot of time waiting and didn’t see that much.
I assume this tour would be good if you speak Italian, but it is terrible if you speak English. The tour guide had very poor english. Her pronounciation was so bad that I could not understand most of what was being said, and she would also mix up some of her english words so that the stories were not understandable.
The guide would firstly speak in Italian for the Italians, and then in broken English. I finished the tour very confused about what it was all about.

Our guide was very good, but she was in a difficult situation. We were a mixed group of English and Italian speakers. Each of us signed up with our language preference, but we were tossed together, forcing our guide to explain everything twice, meaning that the tour covered only half of the places. When it was Italian time, we English speakers wandered about. When it was English time, the Italian speakers wandered off. Really disappointing for everyone. The organizers should have asked one group to come back later, or hustle to find another guide, or something. As it was, we saw some churches.

Dear Nancy, as stated in the tour description, this group tour is conducted in both languages. For a tour in a single language, we offer a private tour option. The tour did not skip any stops and was conducted in full as planned. We hope you enjoyed this beautiful city!
The history of the conflicting factions including Rome that I never new. Architecture is totally different than I expected. Many places to get ticket to if you have more than a day.

La visita era stata venduta di 2 ore, ma solo quando era iniziata ci siamo accorti che, essendo in doppia lingua, di fatto sarebbe stata solo di 1.
Quni mentre la guida, brava, spiegava al secondo gruppo gli altri aspettavano
Non era sufficcientemente chiaro che si sarebbe svolta SOLO all'esterno dei monumenti.
Peraltro il costo non era cosi basso (22 euro) ed eravamo in 15, fate voi il conto

siamo spiacenti di leggere questa recensione. Sulla piattaforma, sia all'interno dell'opzione della lingua sia nella panoramica, è esplicitato che il tour si solverò in doppia lingua. Inoltre, tra le inclusioni del tour, vengono indicati chiaramente che sono inclusi solo la guida e gli auricolari per gruppi superiori ad un certo numero, non sono quindi inclusi ingressi in alcun monumento.
Sperando di aver risolto ogni dubbio le auguro buona serata.
Visitare Parma von una guida è speciale. Peccato che due ore sono davvero poche.
Consiglio di prolungare la visita. Soprattutto se si aspettano persone del gruppo che arrivano tardi.

Visita guidata di due ore per il centro storico di Parma in compagnia della guida Sandra, bravissima e super preparata! Alla fine del percorso piccolo assaggio di parmigiano, che dire, consigliatissimo!
