Fabulous 50th birthday Bucket List

Very convenient on time pickup at our hotel. Continental breakfast in a warming room & restroom upon arrival while balloons filled. Very skilled pilot. Beautiful views! Next stop was a beautiful facilities and delicious cave breakfast with excellent service. Next stop is We learned about Pulque and sampled. Ended with a drop off at the El Angel Monument and strolled back to our hotel with an ice cream stop. So glad we did this bucket list excursion.

Great night watching wrestling

Daniel is a great guide, energetic, friendly and informative. You start the night having tacos and drinks at the market near the venue. Then he gives you informative background on luche libre and Mexican culture before going to the arena. You spend about 90 minutes at the wrestling where the crowd is very vocal and engaged. You also get a wrestling mask to keep. Fun night.

Transportation to and...

Transportation to and from our hotel was a breeze!! Once there coffee was served and we were on our way within 20-30 min. The scenery was beautiful and the whole balloon trip was surreal!!! The staff was always courteous and professional. After the ride we were treated to breakfast and a Mariachi band … I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone !!!

So worth the early morning!

This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! Our tour guide Leo and driver Panchito took such amazing care of us the whole time, and were so patient when someone from our group realized they had to run back because they left something behind at the caves. The excursion wouldn’t have been as memorable as it was without the two of them! We were provided everything that we needed for the day, minus water shoes and a portable charger, which I definitely recommend packing as you’ll be out all day. We came on a Friday and got extremely lucky as there wasn’t a huge crowd at either of our stops. Overall this was the perfect balance of both relaxation (hot springs) and adventure (zipline and caves), and I would 100% do it again!

Once in a lifetime experience

Wow! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our ride was on time and it was on a very comfortable air condition bus to the destination. Our bus driver was wonderful and got us there safely. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our tour guide for the rest of the tour. Our tour guide was wonderful. Explained everything that was going to happen during our tour. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We were able to see the pyramids from the sky, as well as experienced them on the ground afterwards. We also had breakfast in the cave, which was a nice addition. I would recommend you have pesos in advance to tip your bus driver, tour guide and the operator of the hot air balloon. They all did a wonderful job. We highly recommend it!

Great historic tour

Pick up was as described and on time. Bus was good, air con and decent seats. 3 guides so your was in groups of around 10-12. Journey to site was fine with running historical commentary about city and site. On arrival bathroom break. Very much a walking tour with commentary and then 3 periods of free time at the 3 temples. Free time was ample. Guide was informative and answered questions. Security at the site was OK, bags searched etc. Felt safe and secure. 3 hours walking around the site was plenty of time. Journey back was fine. Only issue was that we expected drop off where we got picked up. This was not the case, ended up having to get an user back to hotel. Instructions about return drop offs needed to be clearer.

Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience! We booked the hot air balloon and round trip transportation from CDMX, which was seamless. Our driver Hebert was personable and got us to and from safely. I appreciated that they let us get picked up at our Airbnb. The flight itself was incredibly smooth and our pilot Alejandro R. was great. It’s a little chilly that early in the morning so I suggest bringing a light jacket. Seeing so many balloons over the sunrise was incredible. Overall, such a wonderful experience! Certainly worth the trip from CDMX.

We chose the balloon flight only option. They message a day ahead in whatsapp and gave us the address. Its not clear in the description but plan to get to their office around 5:15 am, the balloon flight is around 6 am. We drove there from Mexico city, which was about an hour away. You can park in front of their office if there is space available. The balloon flight itself was about an hour, and goes very high and overlooks the pyramid with sunrise views. Definitely worth it. They can fit more than 10 people in the ballon, but its compartmentalized, so if u are traveling with a group, each compartment could hold like 4 people. They also serve coffee, tea, water and light snacks before the trip. Overall an amazing experience!

Beautiful and well organized

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. It is well organized and the staff are professional. We were told what kind of car would be picking us up and they remained in contact regarding arrival. Important note, it is cold in the morning while you wait to board the hot air balloon so bring a jacket or wear layers. I would check the weather for cloudiness because if it is too cloudy they reschedule due to weather, but they were very accommodating with that. The views, the food, the pyramids, and the extra little stop for tequila/liquor tastings was all such a wonderful time. I highly recommend this experience and this company!
