Amazing!!

Amazing experience! I 100% recommend this agency. It was very organized and full of surprises during the experience. You get to fly very close to the pyramids. They also offer photography services with a drone and also before the flight by the balloon (extra charge). The breakfast is incredible, with live mariachis. My mom got sick, and they had paramedics on site. Yesvid was very kind and gave electrolytes and medicine to my mom, and she was good all day. No other company offers this, and you never know if you get sick, that day.

BEST Hotel Air balloon Tour in Mexico City

Pick up from the hotel at 5am sharp, we drive an hour to the hot air balloon location. They gave us safety instructions and also had a photographer on site that took GoPro, pictures, and drone videos all for purchase after the tour. Totally worth it! We flew over the pyramids and then were transported to La Gruta restaurant for breakfast. From there Teotihuacan for the sun and moon temple tour. It was comprehensive and the perfect day learning about Mexico City’s origins.

Historical and culturally rich. Picked us up from our hotel. Itza was a great overall guide for the tour. Diego at Tlalocan artesanías y experiencias was knowledgable about obsidian and pulque. Diego at Teotihuacan was incredibly resourceful. He walked us through the site, was friendly and knowledgeable. I think he said he was an anthropologist before. Overall an amazing must-do experience.

This was an incredible experience! Ulises flew our balloon and he was kind, funny and extremely accommodating. Sara was our guide and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. This was a fantastic...

This was a fantastic experience. The balloon ride was wonderful and the archaeological site was mind blowing. We appreciated being picked up directly at our airbnb (and exactly on time). While everyone was friendly, our guide in particular (I think her name was Amy?) went way beyond our expectations, finding help and even buying a cane for my son who hurt his leg during the rough landing. She really was wonderful! (And my son is fine. :) ) Very highly recommended.
