Awe-Inspiring

Riding a hot air balloon over the pyramids was so peaceful and beautiful. It brought tears of awe into my eyes. The photo shoot beforehand was so fun. Ruth did a great job putting us at ease and getting us wonderful pictures (for an added cost). Breakfast in the cave was delicious and romantic. The pyramids guided tour was very informative and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs at the shop and the liquor tasting. 10/10 would recommend!

Unforgettable Experience

Awesome experience, the tour guides had excellent communication throughout. We were picked up promptly from our pickup location and we're received with much needed coffee, tea, and morning snacks. The hot air balloon experience was amazing!!! At the end of the ride we we all had a toast with champagne. Highly recommend booking, shout-out to our tour guide Mar Valle.

The food was great and...

The food was great and the guides. The how itself was absolutely fabtastic and hillarious at the same time, these guys really do get thrown about. The Mexican crowd were totally into it all with chanting and booing and the wrestlers fed off the vibe. Probably one of the best things we have done since travelling over 25 years and that saying something.

Oh my goodness! I have no words! Okay let me start with saying, with all the reviews I’ve seen on YouTube, I knew I would have a great experience on the hot air balloon. Most amazing experience

Even though we were warned it would be a long day, it was packed with loads of this to see, our guide Monica was amazing she was very knowledgeable, and planned our day perfectly. We were contacted the night before with the information we needed for pick up, and were informed each step of the way of when we would stop and what was on the agenda. Our Driver Santiago was very skilled, if you get travel sick I would advise you to take a motion sickness tablet that Monica offered at the start of the morning as the road after breakfast get’s very hairy, up a mountain, on the tightest chicanes I’ve ever experienced. The Park and all it’s natural beauty is a wonder to see, a life time experience. Anyone going to Mexico should do.

The best way to start your trip!

The most amazing way to start our trip to Mexico City! Seeing the pyramids from the sky was incredible. We booked the return transfer from Mexico City and the service was seem less. We decided to do a tour of the pyramids so our day was around 0900 hours. But you can if you wish head straight back to MXC after the balloon ride.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The express version still gave us plenty of time to enjoy each part of the experience without being rushed. We got back to the city with plenty of time to change and still enjoy dinner. Our guide Eduardo was great. Each part gave us amazing views that were absolutely breathtaking. The balloon flight was well worth the 4:20am pick up time! Staff was happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Balloon flight itself was no-stress, beautiful and fun. There were about 50 balloons entering the skies around us during same time. The landing steps the crew took to get the balloon on the ground was exciting and somewhat amusing…they all worked together well and you could see they all take their job and our safety seriously. Note that promotions of additional items/services were soft-sell but continuous…this company really has an angle of salesmanship that is admirable! Expect them to try to sell you on photos/videos, souvenirs, other excursions, alcohol, food, expensive obsidian artwork, and more!

Viator horrible customer service

The overall experience was good. However viator has been horrible after all of the events ive booked through them. My partner pulled his muscle needs to have surgery and I tried to ask them to refund me for his ticket or give me a credit them denied that. Thats horrible customer service with someone that books all the time. There are other sites you can use i would recommend you DONT USE VIATOR lack of customer service is a real thing. Ill post on social media as well.
