It was beautiful my tour...
It was beautiful my tour guide his name was Rene he was really friendly and gave us a lot of information during the tour. He was polite and gave us enough time to look around town without feeling we were in a hurry. And the drivers name was angel i felt safe with his driving he never looked impatient

Had a blast1
This was such a great tour! Our guide, Alan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we could all hear him talking when sharing stories and history. We had plenty of time to visit the Blue House and didn't feel rushed at all. The boat ride was so much fun. We loved experiencing and buying drinks and snacks from the vendors that came up to our boat and having the mariachi band sing for us was quite a treat!. It was long day so be prepared to wear comfy shoes and sunscreen.

Book It!!
DO IT!! This experience was so much fun! Not only do you get incredible tacos, you also get to explore so many other parts of the city. The tour guides made this experience so fun, they were 10/10! It is a lot of food so don’t overeat in the beginning like I did! I ran out of stomach space towards the end

You’ll love it!
We did this tour on our first day in Mexico City, and it was a fabulous way to discover the culture, food and a little of the history of Roma Norte. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and the gelato at the end was a refreshing treat!
Our guide, Daniela, was fantastic throughout. She was friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to answer all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the food and culture of Mexico City.

Hello Historic Centre - Josette gave us the best intro to CDMX!
When they say a guide should feel like you’re walking through a city with a friend, it does with Josette.
The moment we met her at Testal, her energy and vibes drew us in for what the rest of our food tour around the historic centre would be like.
On a Thursday, it was just my partner and I who were on the tour, so pretty much had Josette as our private tour guide. From reading past reviews, we made sure we came with empty stomachs and we were already full by our 3rd tasting at the famous street food location El Caguamo for their ceviche tostada (my favourite dish on the tour, but I’m biased as ceviche has always been my favourite food). My partner’s favourite was the Corunda and 3 types of mole tostadas at Testal - our 1st tasting.
Other call-outs include having wild boar for the first time and the yummy local drinks. I had hibiscus agua Fresca at Testal; clericot at Delicatessan Alexandra Gourmet in the Mercado de San Juan; carajillo at La Mascota and horchata at El Bajio!
What was awesome besides the generous servings of food and drinks was seeing her rapport with the market vendors and restaurant staff. This made sense to us because of her infectious energy which made it fun to be a part of each of the different venues.
For each venue, we had a mini history lesson on the different foods we tried and the venue itself (one being a former president’s home).
The tour got even better when Josette became our photographer at notable places and streets within the historic centre like the Mercado de Artesanías y Curiosidades Mexicanas San Juan and the “sinking” school on our way to La Mascota. Our photos look amazing!
Our tour wrapped up with a birthday surprise at El Bajio where Josette so thoughtfully organised a birthday flan for me. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness!
If you love copious amounts of food and drinks and a bubbly and energetic guide who loves Mexico and what she does, book this tour with Josette!
Thank you so much Josette and hope that our paths cross again (maybe in Sydney or Mexico City again!)

Wonderful Experience
Voltare was very professional and detailed. It is a bigger excursion company so they’ve really got everything down with the experience. From our timely pickup in a comfortable van, to breakfast, to our professional pilot that brought us on top of pyramids and up above the clouds, and then explored the pyramids on our free time after. Although we did not opt for the tour guide many others did.

Amazing and interactive
We had a really amazing experience cooking with Jose. He walked us to the market and guided us on what to pick out for the meal we cooked later. He was patient and informative on what we were doing and how we were doing it. His lessons will last my partner and I a lifetime. A really phenomenal experience and can’t wait to take these new skills back home. 10/10

Great food tour of...
Great food tour of Polanco with Viry. The atmosphere of this neighborhood is so different from Centro Historico and it felt incredibly relaxing to eat our way through the streets on a Sunday. Viry was a delightful guide, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A standout was the chicken taco with mole de xico but everything we ate was delicious.

Focussed/ amazing trip
We had an amazing time visiting the Anthropology museum and Chapultepec castle with our wonderful guide Jonathan. He told us amazing details about the important pieces in the museum. He knew a lot about the history and was very pleasant and polite. He helped us by giving some breaks, taking the pictures and giving us recommendations for different food places in the area. We were very impressed with his knowledge and kind manners.

Don't miss this opportunity to see this site!
I was a bit skeptical about a bus tour, but it was fantastic! A very comfortable ride, great tour guide with so much useful information, and lots of time to walk around by ourselves. The site is fascinating and shockingly huge! I am so so glad we went!

Ask for Carlo!
We had an incredible experience on our walking history and food tour in Mexico City! Our guide, Carlo, was absolutely amazing. He took us to places we never would have discovered on our own, true hidden gems that made the experience feel authentic and special.
Every single bite of food was delicious, and we didn’t just eat, we learned. Carlo shared so much about the culture, traditions, and history of Mexico City in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. It truly enriched the entire tour.
We will definitely be returning soon, and when we do, we will only use Carlo as our guide. I sincerely hope his employer knows what an incredible asset he is. We would follow him to any company he works for.
Highly recommend!

A dynamic mix of food, architecture and Mexican history
Mariana led an unforgettable experience. It amazes me how food coincides with architecture and history. For four hours, I ate several delicious culinary creations and digested so much history. I took notes. We tried food and beverages from half a dozen places, got schooled on the crafting of coffee, hot chocolate and cocktails, reviewed the five of the major architecture movements in Mexico City and learned about earthquakes’ impact neighborhood. It was satisfying and I would encourage everyone to check out this tour even if you’re local.
It’s revolutionary.
