Amazing!

This excursion was AMAZING! Our guide, Luis, was so accommodating, picking us up at our hotel! The drive was made very pleasurable as he pointed out so many things around the areas we were passing through, very knowledgeable and very entertaining. Prior to getting to the beach, he even stopped for a bathroom break! When we got close to the beach, we got on ATV’s and had a short ride to the turtle area. Upon arrival, the two men that take care of the turtles, explained the different types of turtles, and how the mama turtles walk up on the beach, drop their eggs which they collect to release after hatching. After the presentation, much to our surprise and delight, we got to pick up the turtles, put them in a basket and then release them! Luis made a line in the sand and off they went! They are adorable and it was so much fun to cheer them on into the ocean! We never imagined this would be such an immersive experience! The ride home was made wonderful as well, Luis stopped for some delicious coconut candy to share with us. He even asked us if we wanted to stop anywhere and waited patiently at a convenience store for us to pick up some snacks! Do not hesitate to book this, it truly was an amazing day!

Must do when in Zihuatanejo!!!

Carlos and his wife Elsa and their daughter provided one of the most amazing times in Zihuatanejo that my wife and i have ever had. From going to the market and buying the fresh ingredients to then going to their house and cooking everything. They made us feel just like family from the time we arrived until the time we left. The food was absolutely amazing and they provided all the recipes and took pictures and videos of everything. We are 100% going back!!!

What a great way to spend the day…

After reading all the great reviews of this experience as well as the guide Pablo, I was really hoping we would get him as our guide. Sure enough, we were lucky enough to get Pablo as our guide and I can tell you the other reviews are spot on. Pablo was super knowledgeable about the area and always put our safety as a top priority. We had a great time kayaking and snorkeling followed by a delicious lunch of shrimp tacos on the beach. We ended up staying on the beach for the rest of the afternoon as Las Gatas beach is absolutely beautiful.

Much walking on uneven surfaces. Great food with lots of meats. Tour of the market where he explained all the different types of foods. Our guide Francisco was excellent. Very pleasant, great English, very knowledgeable on food, history of the area and more. I would recommend this tour.

Luis, was an amazing tour guide on the private city tour. He is so kind, personal and treats you like family. His knowledge of the area is top notch. The farmers market was so incredible the fresh food is a site to see, he explained how all the things came to the market. This was our second tour with Luis, he is Fantastic!!! His tours are so fun, we are doing the Horsebackriding tomorrow.

Fun and fascinating!

Today’s tour of the Xihuacan civilization with Francisco Quintero was excellent! We toured the museum and received an amazing amount of detailed information from him about the timeline of the group’s existence, their many fascinating artifacts and an overall history of this indigenous group from Zihua. You will not be bored! Our lunch stop was at a charming outdoor spot with delicious food and very nice people running the restaurant. We are very happy we booked this tour for our trip!
